Stephen is a globally recognized inclusion, leadership and communications expert. From 2007-2012 Stephen designed, led and implemented the inclusion programs for the London Olympic and Paralympic Games as Head of Diversity and Inclusion for the London Organizing Committee (LOCOG). Prior to LOCOG, Stephen established and led the workplace team at Stonewall, Europe's largest LGBT equality organization. Stephen was elected recipient of the 2010 Peter Robertson Award for Equality and Diversity Champions and in 2011 he was named one of the top 100 influential LGBT people in the UK.  He is currently a Visiting Fellow in the Women and Public Policy Program at Harvard’s Kennedy School.

Since 1986, Ms. Young and her associates have helped their clients develop vision and strategies and implement “change” in their businesses worldwide. They coach and develop globally competent and multiculturally versatile leaders on the individual and group basis in order to help mold a new organization that is nimble and flexible in order to meet its customers’ needs around the world.  Ms. Young is a faculty member of the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, Organization System Development Programs where she trains coaches in the theory, concept and application of Gestalt in the development of “Whole Person” leadership, teams and organization.   She is an adjunct professor for Pepperdine University, School of Business.  Ms. Young is also a professional speaker on Pacific Rim cultures, cross-cultural communication, organizational behavior, organizational change, multicultural leadership, diversity and creativity, and global business strategies.   Ms. Young has a BA in Business Administration from Fu-Jen University in Taiwan, a MBA in Marketing from Michigan State University and a MA in Counseling Psychology from Pepperdine University.

Miguel Payán is Chief Global Strategist at the Global Strategy Group (GSG) at Samsung Headquarters in Seoul, Korea, where he is responsible for engaging and partnering with Samsung Group's global business leaders to develop strategic initiatives that enhance business performance.  Miguel oversees Samsung's 110 consultant strong internal consulting organization (GSG), which also serves as the Group's talent pipeline for its affiliates' global operations 

Prior to joining the Samsung Group, he was an Executive Director at Russell Reynolds Associates where he advised clients on recruiting and retaining outstanding senior leaders across the industrial and natural resources sectors.  Miguel also spent eight years with McKinsey & Company, most recently as an Associate Principal, where he managed teams on strategy, operations, organizational transformation, performance management and technology.  He also has deep expertise in the Consumer Electronics, Semiconductors, Mobile, and Health and Medical Equipment industries.

 Miguel has lived and worked in the U.S., Mexico, Brazil, The Netherlands, Japan, and Korea, and spent almost one year in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait when he was an enlisted machine-gunner with the U.S. Marine Corps during both Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm in the Persian Gulf.  He received his B.S. in computer engineering from the University of Illinois and his M.B.A. in corporate finance from the Ross School of Business, the University of Michigan. He speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish, and is an avid scuba diver.

Tammy D. McCutchen is a senior affiliate with Resolution Economics, providing expert services in the Company’s Wage & Hour and Human Capital Strategy groups.

McCutchen became affiliated with Resolution Economics in 2021. She is a nationally recognized expert in all aspects of wage and hour law. Her experience includes regulation drafting and enforcement, conducting internal compliance audits, defending agency investigations, designing compliance applications using smart technology, and serving as a consulting and testifying expert in wage and hour class and collective actions.

Prior to joining the DOL, she served as Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division at the U.S. Department of Labor. Nominated by President George W. Bush and confirmed by the U.S. Senate, she was the country’s top enforcer of the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and wage laws affecting government contractors (the Davis-Bacon Act and the Service Contract Act). She managed an annual budget of $160 million and 1,400 employees, represented by two unions, in more than 250 offices across the country. She was responsible for the issuance of opinion letters and set enforcement policy. She also was the principal architect of the 2004 revisions to the overtime exemption regulations, the most significant overhaul of the regulations in 50 years. Since leaving DOL, she has been the principal author of numerous comments on proposed changes by DOL to the FLSA regulations, including on overtime and independent contractors. She also has defended dozens of employers facing DOL investigations of FLSA, DBA, and SCA compliance.

After serving at the DOL, she practiced law with Littler Mendelson, PC and was a founding vice president and managing director of ComplianceHR. At CHR, she directed the development of the only on-demand suite of intelligent compliance applications focused on helping employers address the ever-changing federal and state employment law requirements on minimum wage, overtime, independent contracting and more. Her Navigator IC and Navigator OT apps assess the risks of classifying workers as independent contractors and employees as overtime exempt as quickly as it takes to fill out an on-line questionnaire. She remains a Strategic Advisor for the company.

Previously, she was in-house counsel for employment at the Hershey Company, practiced law at Skadden Arps, and clerked for Honorable Daniel A. Manion on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

As founder of Corporate Advisors Group, Kevin Mahoney joined Raymond James as a Managing Director, Investments and Senior Institutional Consultant in 2015. Kevin brings over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry. His areas of expertise include fiduciary risk management, ERISA issues, qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, liability driven investing, philanthropic services, employee education and communication.

Stacey Carroll is the President of HR Experts On-Call. HR Experts On-call provide strategic HR consulting services to business owners and HR professionals. Prior to establishing HR Experts On-Call, Ms. Carroll served as the Director of Professional Services & Education for PayScale. As Director of Professional Services, Stacey created and managed the compensation consulting business for PayScale, a venture-backed SaaS provider of compensation resources to HR and business leaders.  Prior to her  work at PayScale, Stacey spent over 12 years in various positions within Human Resources for Trendwest Resorts, Nordstrom, and Western Washington University. Stacey’s specialty areas in HR include: compensation, benefits, training & development, and strategic human capital management.  She earned her BA and MBA from Western Washington University. Stacey has been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). Pamela Meyer, Ph.D. works with organizations internationally that want to be more agile and innovative. Specializing in leadership and team development, Meyer develops award-winning strategies and programs that get results. Keri Gasiorowski is Senior Director of Talent Management for Digital Risk, the largest global independent provider of risk, compliance, and transaction management solutions. She has over 10 years of experience in Talent Management, including having worked for Robert Half International and United Stationers Supply Company. In her role at Digital Risk, she leads the Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Internal Communications functions. Keri has her Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Behavior and her Masters in Human Resource Management, both from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL. Aside from working at Digital Risk, Keri is lead faculty member for Human Resource courses at Rollins College and has been published in many industry periodicals including the Encyclopedia for Human Resource Management.
