In this interactive workshop, participants will review the different stages of the talent lifecycle and explore how organizations can leverage ERGs to support talent management efforts. At each stage, we’ll share some best practices from leading ERG programs, and gather examples from participants’ organizations, to give tangible steps your ERGs can take to make a meaningful impact.
