Robin Marquart is an accomplished HR executive with a distinguished 24-year career in talent development and human capital management. As a dedicated member and volunteer leader of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), she has significantly contributed to the HR community. Robin's career highlights include a remarkable 22-year tenure at Enterprise Mobility, where she excelled in various leadership roles focusing on talent development and organizational development.

Her extensive experience with SHRM spans over a decade, where she has taken on key volunteer leadership roles, including serving as the Chapter President for Montgomery County, Maryland, in 2015 and most recently as the Deputy Director for the Maryland State Council in 2022.

Currently, as the Director of Executive Community, Robin leverages her expertise and passion for HR to lead the SHRM Executive Network (EN). In this role, she is committed to delivering impactful content and creating meaningful experiences for EN members. Robin’s dedication to fostering “better workplaces for a better world” is evident in her work and leadership within SHRM.

Dr. Sean Wall-Carty holds a PhD in Human Resources Management from North Central University. He also earned an MBA in Human Resources Management, a bachelor’s degree in business management, and an associate degree in business all from the University of Phoenix. His prior experience includes graduate level college teaching, leadership seminars, training classes, and consulting. His corporate experience includes a blend of supporting the human resources functions for profit retail businesses, children focused non-profit missions, and local government leadership. During his off-time Dr. Wall-Carty supports his town as Town Councilman, Police Commissioner, and recently served as Deputy Town Supervisor for two years. Additionally, he completed his service as Vice President of his town’s School Board after 6 years and is one of the Commissioners for the County Division of Human Rights. His personal mission is to provide guidance and support in every interaction with optimism and clarity for positive outcomes.
