Mo Fathelbab is founder and president of International Facilitators Organization, which provides training, certification, marketing services, education, and community for peer group facilitators and group facilitation services to businesses, organizations, and associations. Additionally, he is the founder and president of Forum Resources Network, LLC, a leading peer-to-peer learning and facilitation provider, and co-founder of Harvard Business School Alumni Forums. Mo is the author of two best-selling books, Forum: The Secret Advantage of Successful Leaders and The Friendship Advantage – 7 Keys to Building Relationships that Transform Culture and Drive Productivity

For nearly three decades, Mo has been at the forefront of creating and advocating peer groups and building communities. He has worked with over 20,000 CEOs and entrepreneurs in 30+ countries, delivering over 2,500 retreats, programs, and trainings to corporate clients and leading organizations, including Google, Pathstone Federal Street, Harvard Business School, SHRM, and Young Presidents’ Organization. 

In addition to being a highly sought-after forum facilitator and consultant to corporate leadership teams, Mo is a very engaging keynote speaker and emcee. He has delivered keynote addresses to large audiences, including TEDx, Conscious Capitalism, Scale Up, SOSi, and SHRM. 

Mo previously served as executive director of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (1991-1997), where he launched hundreds of CEO peer groups and grew the organization from 100 to 2,000 global members. 

Personally, Mo is dedicated to health and fitness. He loves skiing, sailing, yoga, and stand-up paddle boarding. He has completed three marathons, an Ironman, and, in 2018, placed first in USA Yoga’s Midwest regional championships for men over 50. Mo serves on the boards of Young Presidents’ Organization Washington and Baltimore Gold Chapter and Beyond CEO Coaching. Mo lives in Alexandria, VA with his much better half, Sally, and their son, Eli.

Betty Thompson is Booz Allen Hamilton’s Senior Executive Advisor. Ms. Thompson joined the firm in 2008, bringing more than 20 years of experience directing human capital strategy and human resource functions for large corporations. As the head of people services, Ms. Thompson ensures that the company has the best-in-class talent to solve their clients’ evolving needs. She is also instrumental in a creating a world-class employment experience for all staff. In addition to leading the day-to-day human resources functions, Ms. Thompson is a driving force behind the firm’s people strategy. Designed to enable key business imperatives, her people strategy focuses on workforce planning, talent management, critical skills and expertise, and employee engagement. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Thompson most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources for Fannie Mae. There she was responsible for all aspects of human resources management and operations. Ms. Thompson led company-wide organizational redesign and staffing efforts, as well as initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs. She was also responsible for developing the company's people strategy to increase the performance, utilization, and engagement of Fannie Mae's workforce. Prior to her tenure at Fannie Mae, Ms. Thompson also held several human resource leadership roles with IBM, after holding key line positions in marketing and customer service operations. Ms. Thompson holds a master’s in human resources and personnel management from American University in Washington, DC.

Terese Fogleman began her journey with Chick-fil-A and the Cathy family, owners of Chick-fil-A Inc. as a teenager working at their Girl's outdoor camp at Berry College. What followed was a long journey to becoming a franchisee owner in her 40's. Along the way, Terese developed her own business called Renaissance Design which specialized in Interior Design Consulting, Home Organization and Home Staging. She ran this business for 5 years. Her association with Chick-fil-A continued throughout her 15 years living in Atlanta. During that time she assisted with opening new stores, worked with Chick-fil-A Corporate Marketing at events such as the Peach Bowl, became certified as a Restaurant Marketing Director and helped with the daily Operations in a busy Chick-fil-A restaurant in Marietta, Georgia.  

In 2004, she and her family relocated to the beautiful Appalachian Mountains to open a franchise in Boone, North Carolina. In that franchisee, Terese served in a number of roles including Marketing Director, Catering Director and General Manager. She officially became the franchise owner in 2012. 

Terese has a passion for helping people grow and providing a fair, respectful and enjoyable workplace for all her Team members. In her pursuit of that passion, she became a member of SHRM in 2012. She has used their online resources for years then several years ago began attending annual conferences. She pursued the SHRM-SCP certification in 2023 and passed her exam the first time! She is now the proud recipient of that certification. In her free time, Terese enjoys spending time with her husband, Scott and their puppy, Cam. She also enjoys creating new recipes, cooking and feeding her family and friends.

With a Chick-fil-A journey spanning 12 years, Adam has grown from a frontline Team Member to now working on staff at Chick-fil-A, Inc. Currently, Adam's focus is on providing optional resources to franchisees and their dedicated talent leaders through resources like SHRM and a first-ever talent conference for franchisees.

Outside of his career, Adam's most important role comes as a husband and father, embracing outdoor adventures with two amazing kids. Together, Adam and his wife are on a quest to run a race in all 50 states and visit every MLB stadium, all while drinking amazing coffee.

Jim Link is the CHRO for SHRM.  With more than 340,000 members worldwide, SHRM is the largest HR professional association in the world and the leading voice for matters related to workers and the workplace.

Jim’s career includes roles of increasing responsibility across various industries and companies, including General Electric, the Pillsbury Company, Porsche Cars, and Randstad.  In his most recent role as CHRO for Randstad North America, he led a global team of 150 HR professionals who were instrumental in transforming the company into an award-winning, inclusive, and sustainable global leader.

Jim has served as a volunteer leader in several organizations including the SHRM Foundation Board, the Atlanta Federal Reserve Bank Human Capital Advisory Board, and the Human Resources Leadership Forum.

Jim holds undergraduate and master’s degree from Murray State University.  Born and raised on a working family farm in western Kentucky, he currently resides in Atlanta and Alexandria, VA. 

Jim is an adjunct instructor in the Executive MBA program at the University of Poznan (Poland) School of Economics and Business and the University of Liège (Belgium) Asia-Pacific campus in Taipei, Taiwan.
