Krystal works closely with the firm’s clients to develop meaningful, practical and strategic analyses that help employers address pay gaps, enhance EEO and OFCCP compliance, and move the needle on diversity. Krystal regularly presents at local, regional, and national ILG conferences.

Kris Krupka is an Advanced Certified Paralegal who has been employed with Baird Holm LLP in Omaha, Nebraska for over 24 years.  She works in the firm’s Labor & Employment section, primarily focusing on employment defense work involving employment litigation, tort and personal injury, and workers’ compensation.  She has a special niche regarding Emergency Crisis Response cases, assisting clients in protecting their workplaces and employees from disgruntled workers, customers, and patients. 

Dr. Jillian McLellan is the vice president of executive assessment at APTMetrics, where she provides human resource consulting for companies in a broad range of industries. She partners with clients on talent solutions to identify and develop leadership talent, from emerging leaders to C-suite executives.
