Anne Weisberg is the Senior Vice President for Strategy at Families and Work Institute. She is a recognized thought leader and executive who has designed innovative practices to build effective, inclusive work environments, including co-authoring the best selling Mass Career Customization: Aligning the Workplace With Today’s Nontraditional Workforce (HBS, 2007). She directed the seminal research on women in the legal profession, Women in Law: Making the Case (Catalyst, 2001), and has authored numerous other pieces, including The Gender Dividend: Making the Business Case for Investing in Women (Deloitte, 2011), and Paths to Power: Advancing Women in Government (Deloitte, 2010), andEverything a Working Mother Needs to Know (Doubleday, 1994), a guide for women who have careers and are starting families and all the issues they face at work. She has appeared on the TODAY Show, is regularly quoted in the media, including the New York Times, Wall Street Journal and Boston Globe, and is a sought after speaker, having presented at the Conference Board, The Best Places to Work, Working Mother, Princeton University, The Wharton School, Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School.

Nadine Augusta leads Global Diversity and Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility for The Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation. In this role, Nadine is responsible for the respective strategies for the company including setting the global agenda aligned to strategic business priorities, establishing the infrastructure, elevating employee and stakeholder engagement and connectivity and fostering strategic partnerships.
Prior to assuming her current position in 2012, Augusta was Senior Vice President in Global Diversity and Inclusion at Bank of America where she redesigned the operating model and strategic focus for the Global Diversity and Inclusion Council and the employee networks and implemented a sponsorship program designed to increase opportunity, access and visibility of diverse talent. Augusta was a member of the US Trust and Merrill Lynch Merger Integration Teams contributing to the wealth management pre-merger assessment and integration strategy and leading the Global Markets technology deployment testing strategies. Previously, she held various positions in Bank of America’s Global Corporate and Investment Bank.
Augusta has over 20 years of experience in financial services, with key positions in management consulting, project management, sales and trading and diversity and inclusion. Augusta worked at several leading industry institutions, including Credit Suisse, BearingPoint LLC/KPMG Consulting LLC, and Pershing LLC. Augusta is a member of the Board for Uncommon School – Leadership Prep Charter Schools, has twice received the President’s Volunteer Service Award, and was a 2007 recipient of the “Black Achiever in Industry” award from the YMCA of Greater New York.
Augusta recently completed the Ascent Executive Leadership Program at Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. She is a graduate from St. Peter's University and resides in New York.

Nancy Hammer

Nancy is Senior Government Affairs Policy Counsel in the Government Affairs department of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Nancy joined SHRM in January 2006 and is responsible for advocating SHRM membership views in federal rulemaking and in response to regulatory proposals affecting the HR profession. In addition, Nancy tracks court cases that raise critical issues for the HR profession and evaluates whether SHRM should intervene as amicus to ensure the HR viewpoint is considered by the court.
Prior to joining SHRM, Nancy spent 5 years as Legislative Counsel for Senator Bob Kerrey (D-NE). Nancy also served as Director of the International Division and Policy Counsel for the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
Nancy received her law degree from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri and her Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
Michael Eastman

Michael Eastman is an attorney and advocate with the management-side law firm Norris, Tysse, Lampley & Lakis, LLP. Mike has more than 20 years experience in labor and employment policy and has been a leader representing the business community in numerous high-profile public policy debates as well as nuanced and detailed negotiations. Mike also serves as vice president of public policy for the Equal Employment Advisory Council and as a senior consultant with Employment Advisory Services, Inc.
Before joining NTLL, Mike served for ten years as director and later executive director of labor policy for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. At the Chamber, Mike was responsible for representing the business community in all aspects of labor and employment policy, especially those issues related to equal employment opportunity and civil rights, labor unions and collective bargaining, employment standards including wage and hour mandates, and international labor policy matters.
Prior to joining the U.S. Chamber, Mike worked on the legislative staff of Rep. James P. Moran (D-VA) and practiced employment law.
Mike received his B.A. in psychology from Colgate University and his law degree from George Mason University.
