Lisa Sterling serves as the Director of Global Talent Management and is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying the strategies of Ultimate Software's Talent Management solutions. She is extremely passionate about talent and understanding how people interact collectively to identify ways for working effectively for personal and organizational success. Lisa has over 14 years of experience in people, process, and software design and execution.

Dr. Nate Regier is a Missionary kid, therapist, researcher, consultant, facilitator, trainer — Dr. Regier brings it all together to connect with clients on a profound level. He has an uncanny ability to help people uncover new perspectives and new strategies to enhance their professional relationships. Emily King, Vice President of Military Transitions, is a nationally recognized expert on the transition from military service to civilian employment. Marc Ramos is the Vice President of Marketing of the Workforce Planning and Analytics division of Peoplefluent. His 11+ year commitment to the business has put Marc in several capacities. In 2010 he founded HireClix, LLC on the cornerstones of creative digital marketing, analytical thinking and great service. As CEO of HireClix he counsels clients on how to build effective marketing campaigns and leads a team of savvy marketers and Internet specialists to implement them. His clients include healthcare organizations, medical device companies, technology firms, retailers, and staffing firms. Neil frequently speaks on topics regarding the innovative use of digital recruitment marketing to change the way organizations find and recruit talent, as well as the challenges and opportunities of today’s job market. Organizations turn to him for his expertise in the sub-specialties of employer branding, search marketing, targeted digital advertising, and social media tools. Joseph (“Joe”) Beachboard is a nationally recognized employment lawyer who also closely tracks the most important developments at the U.S. Supreme Court impacting the business community. He has more than 30 years of experience representing management in a wide variety of employment and labor matters in perhaps the most challenging state in the nation for employers – California.  Mr. Beachboard speaks regularly before human resource and employer groups on cutting edge employment law topics.  He is a member of SHRM and has been an annual presenter at both the SHRM Annual Conference and the Employment Law and Compliance Conference for two decades.  Mr. Beachboard is frequently quoted in such leading publications as HR Magazine, National Law Journal, Los Angeles Times, NY Times, HR Executive and Workforce, and has been published in dozens of legal and business journals. Throughout his career in Los Angeles, Mr. Beachboard has represented dozens of studios and entertainment properties.  He cites his most interesting project as working with the cast and crew of the television show The Office, from its pilot through the final season.

 

 

Matt brings to oDesk over a decade of executive operating experience in both start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. Previously, as a member of the executive team at Accolo, Inc., a recruiting services and technology firm, he grew the business from one employee into one of the top 50 companies on the Inc 500 list. He also co-founded a boutique strategic consulting firm for ramping early-stage companies, and started his career in investment banking at JPMorgan Securities. Matt puts his finance, operations, and strategy expertise to work leading oDesk’s risk management, marketplace operations, and customer support and services teams. Under his stewardship, customers are getting the support they need to succeed on oDesk. Matt holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University. He also graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University.
