Karen Schenck has a passion for helping leaders, teams and organizations thrive. With more than 20 years of experience, she is an engaging, experienced consultant, facilitator and coach and who combines real-world experience with best practice approaches. Prior to consulting, Karen held leadership positions at Ernst & Young and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Her experience includes strengthening leadership capability, guiding the development of high performance teams, leading organization assessment and improvement efforts, as well as managing well-known consumer products.
Karen works with leaders from across the globe who are interested in personal and professional growth. Clients include General Electric (GE), Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, Fifth Third Bank, East Tennessee Children's Hospital, St. Elizabeth Health Care, Nationwide Children’s Hospital (Columbus), WellPoint Inc., TriHealth, Lexmark, Paycor, Paramount’s Kings Island, and the City of Cincinnati.
Along with an MBA from the J.L. Diane Egbers is Founder and President of Leadership Excelleration, Inc. (LEI) and engages with clients to provide Executive Coaching, Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Management and Leadership Development services to LEI clients.
Diane understands her client’s needs given her prior experience as VP of Human Resources. Now, and in the past 16 years, her passion is to serve leaders as a dynamic coach, facilitator and management consultant. Diane works collaboratively with clients to set and achieve goals that involve cultivating the strengths of key talent and realizing potential for success at organization, team and individual levels. This may include: coaching executives, facilitating 40+ leadership topics with senior leaders, as well as assessing organizational capacity to improve performance.

Mike Deblieux, SPHR-CA, is a trainer, consultant, and on-site coach for workplace leaders. He designs and presents seminars on performance management, selection, sexual harassment and other people management topics. He works individually with workplace leaders to review and revitalize their leadership skills. He leads team retreats and does special projects for clients.
