Renee Brown joined Federal Home Loan Mortgage Co.(Freddie Mac) as a Senior Recruiter in March 2011 where she supported various business areas including Modeling, Information Technology and Human Resources, and executive level recruitment. Renee transitioned to her current role in Resource and Capacity Management in April 2013. She is currently responsible for providing policies, procedures, operational support, management information, guidance, and direction to IT divisions concerning resource capacity and demand, staffing solutions to meet demand, and staffing plans tied to budgets and forecasts. Prior to joining Freddie Mac, Renee held various consultant, recruiter and human resources positions at companies such as Citigroup, AXA Equitable, and the New York City Department of Education. Renee holds a bachelor’s degree from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Melvin Brown II is an author, conference speaker and organizational consultant. He is sought out by both government and industry as an expert in the areas of Chanage Management, Program Management, Knowledge Management and Training.

Nicknamed “Mr. Turnaround” he has more than twenty years of not only turning around the lives of individuals but several organizations both in the private sector and the federal government.

Lisa Carlton is the Director of Compensation and Benefits/HRIS/Payroll at Stormont-Vail HealthCare, an acute care health system located in Topeka, Kansas. Patricia M. Clendening, GPHR, SPHR has over 25 years experience in Human Resources management with major corporations including AlliedSignal, Honeywell, Crothall American, Wolf D. Barth, and Wawa, Inc. She has held a variety of Coaching, Change Management, Strategic Planning, Training and Development, and Employee Relations roles within these organizations. In 2002 Tricia launched HR Strategies, LLC and is now considered a leading HR consulting firm in the region. Tricia was the recipient of Associated Builders and Contractors 2010 Associate Supplier of the Year, Delaware Valley Human Resources Consultant of the Year in 2012 and the Ron Shane HR Lifetime Achievement in 2012.
