Sue Jones has 25 years of experience creating strategic HR programs and services to effect positive change in organizations. She is an innovative HR leader whose experience spans large companies ($4,500 Million, 100,000 employees) to smaller business ($2 Million, 12 employees). Sue has worked in a variety of different industries and is adept with transferring her knowledge, skills and abilities across several different channels of business. Sue is a Veteran of the US Navy and has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Lesley College and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University. Paula M. Jones is an associate at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, where she advises clients on estate planning and administration with a focus on international planning. Her practice encompasses all aspects of U.S. estate and gift taxation, the creation and maintenance of U.S. and foreign trusts, pre-immigration planning for non-resident aliens coming to the United States, expatriation tax planning for residents and citizens leaving the United States, charitable giving overseas and other related matters.

Gary Jones, CSP and SPHR, is the Former Chief Human Resources Officer at Grizzard Communications Group (an Omnicom Company) with offices in Atlanta and Los Angeles. He has over 25 years of corporate level human resources experience in a diverse set of industries including marketing services, specialty retail, wholesale, and not-for-profit. He holds graduate degrees in Administration as well as Counseling and served as adjunct professor in Mercer University’s MBA program for nearly 10 years, teaching courses in human resources, organizational behavior and management. In 2010, Gary received the SHAPE Award for Professional Excellence in Human Resources from the Atlanta Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management. His primary hobbies and interests revolve around guitars, classic rock, unsuccessful attempts to lower his golf handicap, and travel.

For over 8 years, Jennifer Kallery has worked closely with Maritz Motivation Solutions clients to design effective employee recognition and reward programs. As vice president of Insight Services, Kallery leads a team of researchers who deliver client program predictive design modeling, and performance analysis and reporting. Insight Services uses research and analysis to understand the most effective strategies and tactics for influencing human behavior and attitudes, and links this analysis to financial performance outcomes for clients. Kallery has gained extensive experience in motivation and consumer loyalty research, analytics strategy and market research and intelligence. She is a member of the American Marketing Association, a representative for the International Society of Performance Improvement Advocates and a Certified Recognition Professional from Recognized Professional International.

Roger King represents employers in employment relations matters, concentrating on matters arising under the National Labor Relations Act, state and federal equal employment statutes, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. In addition, Roger's practice consists of representing employers in collective bargaining negotiations, grievance and arbitration matters, and litigation in state and federal trial and appellate courts regarding a broad spectrum of labor-related matters. Roger's experience also includes representing clients regarding issues under the Fair Labor Standards Act, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program matters, wrongful discharge claims, and development and review of employee policies and procedures. Jay has more than 30 years of experience as a tax attorney specializing in employee benefits.  Prior to joining World, Jay was a Sr. VP and Senior ERISA Attorney with Lockton was previously the national practice leader for the legal and research team at WT.W

Jay served as a Peace Corps volunteer and business consultant from 1979 to 1982. 

He has an LL.M.  in taxation from New York University School of Law, J.D. with distinction from the University of Arizona College of Law and a BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis.  Jay is the former Chair of the American Benefits Council, an adjunct professor of employee benefits in the LL.M. program at Washington University School of Law.

 

 

 

 

As senior vice president and chief marketing officer, Jim Kizielewicz is responsible for developing and guiding the global marketing strategy for Kronos.

Tara Noonan Amaral is Vice President, Head of Talent Acquisition at New York Life Insurance Company. She is responsible for all aspects of recruiting strategy, hiring for positions throughout the company, on-boarding, and marketing New York Life to external partners and prospective employees.
