Wally holds a doctorate in organizational leadership from Warren National University, a Master of Business Administration in finance from Iona College, and a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania. Wally is a Certified Speaking Professional or CSP. For 16 years his consulting firm, Optimum Leadership, has consulted with dozens of organizations and coached hundreds of individuals in improving leadership skills, employee engagement, and performance. Wally is a professor of Organizational Change and Development at the University of New Haven in Connecticut

Dr. Cynthia Hedricks has 30+ years conducting and presenting research. She is now the Chief Analytics Officer at SkillSurvey, helping to improve the workforce, one applicant at a time, by using data gathered from the applicant’s references. Her most recent work in this area will soon be published in the International Journal of Selection and Assessment. Cynthia has a PhD in Biopsychology from The University of Chicago.

Barbara Henry, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Fontbonne University and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University.  Barbi has spent the last 25 years working in manufacturing and state/county government human resources leadership. In these environments she has used her auditing skills to assess Human Resources preparedness and objectives for organizational strategic initiatives.  Based on those results, she has written policy, designed training programs, provided extensive employment law and labor relations support to achieve objectives using measurable metrics. This is Barbi’s sixth presentation at the SHRM National Convention as a practicing HR professional.

Michele Honomichl is the CEO and Founder of Celergo, which provides international payroll management services in over 130 countries. Michele’s responsibilities include corporate strategy, investor relations, and new business development. As Director of Crisis Management at FEI Behavioral Health, Terri is responsible for working with corporate clients to ensure companies are prepared for, can respond to and can recover from a crisis incident. She is also responsible for coordinating the people support and psychological first aid services for those impacted by a crisis incident. Additionally, Terri is experienced in designing drills and exercises aimed at testing organization’s current plans and procedures. She has contributed to several international standards and guidelines on crisis management and workplace violence prevention, including ASIS and the FBI.

Andrea P. Howe is the co-author, with Charles H. Green, of The Trusted Advisor Fieldbook: A Comprehensive Toolkit for Leading with Trust. She is the founder of The Get Real Project and an entrepreneur on a mission: to kick conventional business wisdom to the curb and transform how people work together as a result. Andrea is a recovering IT consultant who has spent more than 20 years working with clients, managing projects, and facilitating groups of all kinds and sizes. Her focus for the last decade has been teaching people in consulting roles how to get better results by getting relationships right. She speaks on topics like customer intimacy, client loyalty, the dynamics of influence, speaking hard truths, and developing business with trust. When she’s not working, you can find her in the art studio taking far too long to finish her latest mosaic project.

Kendall D. Isaac previously was an adjunct professor at Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio, where he taught a general practice/law practice management course. Prior to teaching, Isaac owned The Isaac Firm LLC, a law practice that concentrated on employment law and mediation matters and also served as a new-lawyer incubation center that trained new lawyers on how to start and build their own practice. Isaac has also worked for Reminger LPA, a large regional law firm with offices in Ohio and Kentucky, where his practice focused on employment law and workers' compensation defense. Before his legal career, he held employee relations and human resource management roles for Fortune 500 companies Abbott Laboratories and Bisys/Citigroup. He graduated from The Ohio State University with his bachelor's in rhetorical communications and graduated Order of the Curia from Capital University Law School with his law degree and a concentration in labor and employment law. His primary research interests involve the advancement of mediation theory and practice, especially in the realm of workplace disputes, and trends relative to the growth and development of "lawyerpreneurs."
