Lisa Carlton is the Director of Compensation and Benefits/HRIS/Payroll at Stormont-Vail HealthCare, an acute care health system located in Topeka, Kansas. She has over twenty-five years experience in HR management and administration for both profit and non-profit organizations. Lisa is currently a member of the SHRM HR Disciplines Special Expertise Panel and has served as SHRM State Council Director and Chapter President in the past. She is also an Adjunct Professor at Friends University and has also taught HRCI Certification preparatory classes.

Marcia Carruthers currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of the Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC), Inc., a nationally recognized, non-profit organization dedicated to the education and support of Integrated Absence and Disability Management professionals. Patricia M. Clendening, GPHR, SPHR has over 25 years experience in Human Resources management with major corporations including AlliedSignal, Honeywell, Crothall American, Wolf D. Barth, and Wawa, Inc. She has held a variety of Coaching, Change Management, Strategic Planning, Training and Development, and Employee Relations roles within these organizations. In 2002 Tricia launched HR Strategies, LLC and is now considered a leading HR consulting firm in the region. Tricia was the recipient of Associated Builders and Contractors 2010 Associate Supplier of the Year, Delaware Valley Human Resources Consultant of the Year in 2012 and the Ron Shane HR Lifetime Achievement in 2012. She also participated, with eleven other business leaders, in Delaware’s Roundtable with Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney to discuss the pressing issues that businesses in the region were facing.

Debbi Davidson is a Senior Human Resources Consultant with Willis’s HR Partner practice in Atlanta. She provides consultation and guidance to clients in the areas of compensation design, human resources strategy, total rewards, performance management, training and development, and market/best practice research. Prior to joining Willis, Debbi was a Principal/Senior Consultant with Mercer and PricewaterhouseCoopers where she consulted with clients on a variety of compensation issues. Prior to her consulting experience, Debbi was Director of Human Resources for Rollins, Inc. and Human Resources Manager for Computer Sciences Corporation. Debbi holds a BS degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Auburn University and a MA degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Houston - Clear Lake.
