In her current role, Michelle ensures Maritz has the tools, insight and resources to create impactful employee recognition experiences that connect employee and employer goals. Michelle is a CRP (Certified Recognition Professional), is IMA (Incentive Marketing Association) certified in incentive design and holds a Masters degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University (whoop!)
