Theresa S. Treat joined the Company in December 2006 as Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Treat was Vice President of Human Resources at Cutter & Buck, Inc., and has more than 30 years of experience in human resources, serving at Onvia, Inc., Pointshare, Inc., Nextlink Communications, and Horizon Airlines. She also served as a labor negotiator for employees in the state of Alaska from 1983 to 1990. Ms. Treat currently serves on the Board of Directors of Athletes For Kids, a non-profit organization. Ms. Treat has a Master’s Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, both from the University of Illinois.

With a bachelor’s degree in Biomechanical Engineering, Jodi Wabiszewski started her career in 2000 with GE Healthcare (formerly Datex-Ohmeda) training field engineers how to service, repair and maintain anesthesia equipment. Her current role as Manager of Curricula requires working with engineers and SMEs from across the globe, including: the United States, Japan, Israel, Norway, China, India, Korea, and Sweden. Working with colleagues from so many countries is both exciting and challenging. It requires strong skills in interpersonal relationships and project management in addition to educational concepts and instructional design. In her spare time, Jodi enjoys cooking (and eating!), biking, and playing with her rescued Weimaraner.

Maggie Williams is the AIG’s Global Head of Talent Management. She joined AIG on December 1, 2010 in the capacity of Sr. HR Business Partner at AIG’s subsidiary ILFC, located in Los Angeles, CA. Prior to joining AIG, Ms. Williams was the Chief Human Resources Officer for iCrossing, a global digital marketing and advertising agency.

Gareth Williams is one of Mercer’s senior leaders of Merger & Acquisition consulting services in the US. In this role he provides a broad range of merger, acquisition and divestiture services while specializing in helping clients successfully complete global transactions. He also offers a wealth of experience in the strategic development, design and financing of total rewards programs around the world. He joined Mercer in the UK in 1979 and transferred to South Africa in 1982, New York in 1988 and Chicago in 1996. Prior to taking on his current role as an M&A leader, he held zone, regional and global leadership roles in International Consulting and Total Rewards. Gareth holds an honours degree in pure mathematics and statistics from the University of Wales and a diploma in business administration from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries in the UK and an Associate of the Society of Actuaries in the US.

Allyson Willoughby is senior vice president of people and general counsel, leading both Glassdoor’s human resources and legal departments. Willoughby was previously senior vice president and general counsel of RockYou, a leader in social gaming and advertising, where she was responsible for all aspects of the company's legal needs. Prior, Willoughby was chief justice (aka general counsel) of Method Products, a multi-national company that is a leading manufacturer of environmentally friendly, design-oriented household products. Willoughby started her in-house career at eBay. In her last year with eBay, Allyson was the director of legal affairs for eBay subsidiary StubHub. She received her J.D. from University of California, Hastings College of the Law and dual degrees in Economics and Sociology from Stanford University. 

After receiving her doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Dr. Kelly Wilson completed a postdoctoral forensic fellowship at Harvard Medical School’s Law and Psychiatry Service.  She was employed as a Federal forensic examiner, and was then recruited to Minnesota State Operated Forensic Services as the Lead Forensic Psychologist and Director of Forensic Psychology Training.  She has served as adjunct faculty at the University of Minnesota’s Department of Psychiatry and the William Mitchell College of Law.  

Dr. Wilson is an expert educator on violence risk assessment and psychopathy and has provided expert testimony in numerous criminal and civil trials, including murder cases and commitments of sexually dangerous predators.  

Dr. Wilson founded the Minneapolis Center for Forensic Psychology and is currently serving as the President and Director of Forensic Services for PsyBar LLC.

William D. Wight is a partner in the Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. offices and is the chair of the firm's International Employment Practice Group.  He counsels employers on various global employment, compensation and benefit issues related to employees abroad, as well as foreign nationals working in the U.S. and the employment of the U.S. permanent residents and citizens abroad.  Bill has worked with compliance issues related to hiring, retention and separation of employees in a multitude of jurisdictions.  His experience with global employment issues has helped him assist our clients with international operations on all sevel continents including Antarctica.  Bill has assisted clients with the implementation of strategic planning and policy development with respect to global HR practices and policies.  He has also assisted clients with the management of litigation and employment controversy matters in numerous international jurisdictions.  Bill has also counseled clients based outside the United States with the special considerations that are required when complying with U.S. employment and employee benefit rules and regulations. Bill is regularly involved with resolving questions related to privacy and data protection issues.  

Jonathan Yarbrough is a Partner at Constangy Brooks & Smith, LLP. His practice includes providing advice and counsel to employers on compliance with federal and state employment laws, including the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and wage and hour laws. He also assists federal contractors with affirmative action planning and compliance. Jon has successfully represented employers in a wide variety of employment related lawsuits and charges brought before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, and the United States and North Carolina Departments of Labor, and before state and federal courts in North Carolina and Tennessee. He has also successfully defended whistleblower charges before OSHA and before Administrative Law Judges of the United States Department of Labor.

Haynes Young is a passionate and dedicated leader with over 15 years of progressive service and operational management experience.  He currently works as a consultant with EBI, Inc. in Owing Mills, MD.  From 2011 to 2013, Young served as Managing Director of Domestic Operations at Pinkerton Global Screening Solutions where he was responsible for the annual fulfillment of over 1 million orders across three product lines. Prior to joining Pinkerton, Young spent 6 years with Navicus as Director of Operations and Client Services. While at Navicus, Young improved the retention rate, making it one of the most successful Talent Management Service providers in the country.  He is considered a thought and knowledge leader within the talent management industry and is a frequent speaker at industry events.
