Ms. Moulton heads the human resources and administrative division of ACDI/VOCA. As a certified senior professional in human resources (SPHR), Ms. Moulton brings to ACDI/VOCA a depth of knowledge and experience in organizational management. She joined ACDI/VOCA in April 2006 after serving as vice president and deputy director of human resources at ICF International, Inc.; director of human resources and administration at Caliber Associates, Inc.; manager of human resources development at American Institutes for Research; and senior personnel consultant at Tangent Corporation. She earned her M.S. in applied behavioral science with a concentration in organizational development at the Johns Hopkins University and B.S. in psychology at the University of Maryland University College. She served on the board of the Human Resources Leadership Forum from 2011–2013. In 2012 she was a finalist in the Human Resources Leadership Award in Innovation and a recipient of the Dr. J. P. London Award for Promoting Ethical Behavior. In 2013 Ms. Moulton was awarded the InsideNGO Operational Excellence Award in Human Resources.

Dan Pasternak is a Shareholder in Greenberg Traurig's Labor and Employment Practice Group. Dan's practice covers the full range of labor and employment issues, from litigation, to working with management to develop, implement, and enforce effective employment and labor relations policies and practices, to providing daily counsel to management and human resource personnel on employment law compliance matters. Dan also conducts workplace investigations, and provides a unique approach to harassment and discrimination avoidance training through Greenberg Traurig's GT Training Workshop. In addition, going back to his days as an attorney with the National Labor Relations Board, Dan has years of experience representing employers in a broad spectrum of traditional labor relations matters, including union organizing campaigns and response strategy, collective bargaining negotiations, unfair labor practice charge and representation case proceedings, strike response and contingency planning, and grievance arbitration proceedings.
