Cynthia Myers Martinez began her career as executive director for a national youth and family service organization headquartered in Chicago, IL. When Cynthia moved to the DC area, she maintained her business as a fundraising and organizational development firm, but soon determined that she wanted to focus more of the business on personnel and human resource issues and how they impact the development of an organization. CYM Associates, now located in San Antonio, TX, has further refined its focus to emphasize employee issues that affect organizational growth, specifically recruiting, performance improvement and generational management.
