Matt Summers is the Global Vice President of Leadership at the NeuroLeadership Institute. Matt has twenty years of organizational transformation, culture change, and leadership consulting experience. He has worked extensively across multiple industries. His work spans across the continents of North America, South America, Canada, Europe, and Africa. Matt’s expertise lies in partnering with CEO’s and senior leaders from organizations such as NASA, Aerospace, The Federal Government of Canada, Royal Bank of Canada, T-Mobile, World Bank, and Microsoft. Matt is also a lecturer at Simon Fraser University, where he teaches the Neurosciences of Business Management to fourth year business students. He is a strong advocate for applying the science in a practical manner to support organizational habit adoption and culture change.

Michael also chairs the ESG Committee and spearheads the company's Diversity & Inclusion efforts. Previously, he held HR leadership roles at Wolters Kluwer, Harcourt Education, Columbia House, and Accenture. Michael holds a B.S. in Education and Anthropology and an M.S. in HR Management.
