Nicole is a Director, Benefits Compliance for the Baldwin Regulatory Compliance Collaborative. She works with clients and colleagues to help educate them on the consequences of non-compliance, respecting regulatory issues arising under laws such as HIPAA, ACA, ERISA, and COBRA.
