Scott Kittrell is accountable for Gap International’s strategy consulting business and has been instrumental in developing the Breakthrough Strategy process. Mr. Kittrell is also responsible for the development and execution of Gap’s corporate strategy, technology infrastructure, and the design and development of Gap’s digital solutions.
Since 2003, Mr. Kittrell has designed and led Breakthrough Strategy in many corporations and countries around the world with executive teams in over thirty countries throughout North America, South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. He regularly consults executives and teams in Global 1000 organizations, working with them to deliver breakthrough results and performance.
Prior to joining Gap in 2003, Mr. Kittrell worked as an internal strategy consultant for a not-for-profit organization and served as Director of Operations and Creative Director for a marketing firm in Central Florida. He received his B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Operations Management from The Ohio State University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, focusing on Strategic Management, Entrepreneurial Management and Corporate Finance.

Jim Frawley is the Founder and Principal of Bellwether, a company dedicated to helping organizations and executives build resiliency, adapt to change and thrive in rapidly shifting contexts. He is the host of the Bellwether Hub podcast and best-selling author of Adapting in Motion: Finding Your Place in the New Economy, a practical guide to responding to multiple levels of macro change.
Jim works with leaders in a variety of capacities, including Executive Coach, Workshop Facilitator and Business Consultant, on three primary areas of expertise: Strategic Planning, Executive Communications and Change Management. He believes today’s economy requires a new form of executive development; one that teaches how to create a plan, communicate that plan to multiple audiences, and build effective decision-making abilities to be able to adapt while in motion.
He has worked internationally over his twenty-year career, coaching executives and teams, overhauling corporate training programs, creating and implementing complex organizational and cultural re-designs and building business strategy and administrative plans. To date, he has
worked with clients in eight countries and thirty-nine states.

Dr. Yuvay Ferguson has a proven track record of consulting with global corporations to provide strategy around preparing the workforce of tomorrow. Her research centers on generational cohorts which gives her insight into how the characteristics of the groups impacts workplace culture and dynamics. Having recently served as an Assistant Dean and Associate Professor of Marketing at Howard University’s School of Business before starting her consulting business, she holds a Bachelors degree in International Marketing from Howard University, a Masters Degree in Strategic Communication from American University, and completed her Ph.D. in Advertising at the University of Texas at Austin.
