Mark is a Partner in Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP’s Dallas office. Mark represents clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies in the IT, health and medical research, engineering, transportation, and pharmaceutical industries. As the son of two immigrant parents, Mark uses his family’s experiences to carefully navigate clients through the US immigration system.

Lorraine Cohen is a Partner in the Global Employment Services (GES) practice for Deloitte Tax LLP in San Francisco.  She is the Americas Leader for Deloitte’s Emerging Workforce team which includes both Business Travel Analytics and Remote Work practice offerings.  She has developed the approach and methodology for mitigating risk for business travelers and remote workers for Deloitte Tax globally. 

Lorraine worked with the California Franchise Tax Board to streamline reporting for international inbound travelers to California which resulted in the passage of AB2660, allowing composite filings for international nonresident travelers to California.
