Andy Traub serves as a Principal for Global Disability Inclusion. He most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources and created/ led Allied InclusionWorks at Allied One Source. Allied InclusionWorks is the first end-to-end solution, helping prepare employers to connect them to talented job seekers who face challenges to employment including veterans, individuals with disabilities and fair chance candidates. He is an internationally recognized leader in both disability and diversity employment with over 25 years of human resource management experience. Over the past two decades, Andy has developed and implemented talent acquisition/ management strategies for entities ranging from local and national government to domestic and international employers, including Google, Best Buy, Walgreens, Office Depot, Amazon, Starbucks, Sodexo, Kroger and several European based companies as well as consulting with government entities in Russia, Scotland and Germany. He was also lead consultant on the Workplace Initiative Team for the Poses Family Foundation to develop disability inclusion strategies for national employers receiving funding from the foundation. At AMC Entertainment, Inc., Andy led the company’s strategic recruitment initiatives as Director of Recruitment and created “AMC F.O.C.U.S.”, an award-winning program in which AMC broke new ground in hiring and retaining large numbers of individuals with disabilities. He has also served as the Managing Director for the National Organization on Disability where he created several innovative programs and products (including the Disability Employment Tracker) to help national employers develop sustainable programs designed to effectively attract, on-board, manage and retain individuals with disabilities. Andy has had the honor of being invited by two different administrations to the White House to present on best practices in disability employment. He was also invited by the US Embassy to provide multiple keynotes at an international disability employment conference in Moscow, Russia.

John S. Parke is President & CEO of Leadership Synergies, a global consulting firm that has provided strategic planning, organizational audits, executive coaching, training, and development for hundreds of corporations and non-profit organizations over the past 20 years.
Before forming Leadership Synergies in 2001, Parke worked for Marriott International for more than 18 years, ultimately as Vice President of the Global Account Sales Organization. In that capacity, he was responsible for overseeing more than 200 senior sales executives and $1.3 billion of annual revenues. Under Parke’s leadership, the Marriott sales force was rated Number 1 by Sales & Marketing Magazine for three consecutive years.
He was a visiting lecturer at Cornell University for five years, where he designed and taught the Sales and Marketing Management program. He also taught the ASAE and Center for Association Leadership Brand and Marketing course for the Business of Meetings certificate course for five years.
Parke is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) with extensive experience in the hospitality industry and association community. He has served on several boards, including Meeting Professionals International (MPI), E-Philanthropy, and Certified Meeting Professionals.

Marion Anderson

Marion Anderson, Chartered MCIPD, graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University (GCU) in Scotland in 2014 as a mature student after discovering a passion for driving business results through people during her extensive leadership career in international retail operations working for brands such as Levi Strauss, Calvin Klein and French Connection. While working in a front-line People Leadership role with Apple Retail in the UK, she decided to undertake a Master’s program at GCU in International HR Management. Her passion for developing true global professional experience inspired her to pursue the professional standards curriculum set by SHRM, as well as accreditation by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). So far she has lived and worked in Mumbai, Kuwait, Dubai, London as well as at home in Scotland. In 2020, Marion has completed an 18-month J-1 visa Trainee program in Orange County, California with the award-winning digital advertising agency Channel Bakers. Marion has been a SHRM member since 2013.

Sarah Paden

Sarah Paden is Vice President and National Political director at PPI. She comes to this position with more than a decade of experience in local, state, and federal campaigns and government relations. Most recently Sarah served as head of the New York State Federal Affairs office in the Hall of States, during which time she led New York’s federal pandemic response, the state’s 2020 census effort and former Governor Andrew Cuomo’s chairship at the National Governors Association.
Sarah's work includes party and coalition building, leading the campaign to designate June Gun Violence Awareness Month in New York in 2013, building the 50th Anniversary of the March on Washington. She has also worked for the Manhattan Democratic Party and New York State Democratic Party, creating and launching the Demmy Awards to highlight up and coming stars in the Democratic Party. She also served as Political Director and Senior Advisor on Cuomo 2018 and is a 2016 Hillary for America alum.
Sarah is a proud Southerner and holds an Art History degree from Bard College. She is an active member of the Washington Junior League and serves on the board of the Hannah Arendt Center for Politics and Humanities. She lives on Capitol Hill with her husband and two daughters.
