Marcus White, ABD, M.Ed. is a distinguished educator, researcher, author and curriculum designer. With deep experience in nurturing institutional learning agility by delivering impactful learning experiences that promote deep and long-lasting understanding, Marcus’ career has been rooted in creating equitable learning environments that magnify social cognition and yield knowledgeable leaders. Marcus is currently pursuing his PhD in Education and will be defending his dissertation on the correlation of employee job satisfaction and organizational success in the Spring of 2022. He serves as an Equity Council co-chair, curriculum coordinator and educator for the school district with which he works.

A graduate of Penn State University, Kristen began her career in hospitality operations transitioning to human resources in the early 2000’s. Since then, she has been leading people strategy and transformational change in the public, private and non-profit sectors. Kristen has been a diversity, equity, and inclusion practitioner since 2012. Her work has garnered recognition from Best Places to Work, Military Friendly Employers, Candidate Experience Board, Working Mothers and the National Apartment Association.
