As founder of WorkJoy, Tina builds on 20 years of operations, technology consulting, and HR leadership experience to provide facilitation and coaching solutions to organizations ready to unleash the potential of their people. She co-creates talent programs that drive business outcomes and deliver human results, partnering with leaders from prominent organizations including Fabletics, FOX Sports, National Wildlife Federation, SAP, Savage X Fenty, and Spotify. Tina graduated from the University of Virginia (BA), University of Michigan (MBA), and Coactive Training Institute coaching program, and is adjunct faculty at Loyola Marymount University. She lives in Los Angeles with her writer husband and two pet parrots.

Over the last 8 years, he’s met over 6,000 people across 90+ countries, sharing their stories on his Instagram, @robs10kfriends. Barbara Holland has over 10 years' experience as Global Director of HR for nonprofit organizations working in Africa, India, China, Mexico, Kosovo, and Myanmar.  Prior to working in international development, she worked for 15+ years in California in Medical and Health Insurance Industries.  In addition to her HR duties, she also was responsible for Global Travel Security and Facilities Management.  Barbara holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University and is a certified practitioner in Myers-Briggs (MBTI®).  Barbara has served on various nonprofits board.  She is married, has two children and three grandchildren and enjoys anything that has to do with family and the outdoors.

Pattie Graves, SHRM-SCP, has been an HR Knowledge Advisor for 10 years. Prior to coming onboard with SHRM, Pattie worked as an HR manager and HR director in manufacturing, transportation and retail. She has 20 years of HR experience and is also a small business owner. 

​Karen graduated with a B.S. in Architecture.  Instead of becoming a practicing Architect, she pursued a career in law enforcement, working as a Correction Officer in New York State Corrections male maximum prisons for seven (7) years. She then returned to school in 2004 to pursue her Masters in Human Resources and began her HR career then. She had worked in industries such as higher education, big box retail, security and non-profit social services, before joining SHRM in 2010. 

Theresa Adams is a SHRM-SCP certified professional with 23 years generalist experience in the human resources field. She obtained a BS from the University of Maryland. She has experience in various industries, including manufacturing, retail and nonprofit. She has worked for SHRM for almost 12 years as an HR Knowledge Advisor in the SHRM HR Knowledge Center. She particularly enjoys collaborating with SHRM members by providing practical HR guidance and resources to promote effective talent management practices.
