Sean helped start Lyra Health in 2015 and leads Lyra's new partnership efforts with employers and other partners. Prior to Lyra, Sean worked at Castlight Health, The White House's National Economic Council, The Brookings
Institution's Health Care Reform Center, and Khulisa Management Services. Sean earned a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a Master in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.

Lynn Perkins – is CEO and co-founder of UrbanSitter, an app and website that’s making it easier than ever for parents to find, book and pay trusted childcare, from last minute babysitting to full-time care. Whether hiring a summer nanny while camps and daycares are closed or booking backup care, with UrbanSitter’s corporate benefit offering employees are able to quickly find the qualified childcare they need, allowing them to focus on work. Lynn has turned her vision of an “OpenTable for babysitting” into a service with more than a million users in 50 cities and has facilitated millions of babysitting jobs. Lynn frequently advises and speaks on the topics of scaling an organization, establishing online trust, and fundraising. Lynn is a graduate of Stanford University.

Dr. Vernon Williams is the Operations Manager for the CEO Academy. In partnership with The Wharton School and powered by SHRM, CEO Academy connects leaders to their peers with the aim of gaining insight into strategy, innovation, growth, finance, talent, compensation, succession, governance and other issues of pressing concern to organizations. Dr. Williams has worked at SHRM for the past three years, previously as a part of the SHRM Foundation team supporting student Initiatives as well as managing the $500,000 portfolio of scholarships, professional development grants, and awards.

Prior to joining the SHRM Foundation, Dr. Williams was the Assistant Dean of Students and spent over 20 years in higher education overseeing various student service units including, Campus Events, Conduct, Crisis Response, Engagement, Graduate Services, Housing, and Orientation at such institutions including George Washington University, in Washington, DC and Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA. 

Whether supporting educational programs on-campus or through professional organizations, Dr. Williams enjoys helping others develop and maximize their potential.  Dr. Williams displays this passion outside of work as well through community-based initiatives, including SOUL, an organization that uses sports to connect high school aged youth to diverse opportunities that build the life skills needed to succeed academically and professionally.

Dr. Williams earned his doctorate in Higher Education from George Washington University. He earned his Master of Business Administration from Loyola University in Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Morgan State University.

Ophelia is an HR Business Partner for FINE, a brand agency specializing in a human-centered workplace. Ophelia has over 13 years of HR experience supporting clients of all sizes and in virtually all industries. She spent 6+ years in HR consulting, specializing in coaching clients in feeling more equipped and empowered to manage their teams better. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Human Resources from Willamette University. A member of SHRM since 2008, Ophelia actively served on the board of directors for the local and regional SHRM chapters for six years in multiple capacities. Ophelia is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), as well as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and was one of the youngest people to pass her Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) exam prior to earning the certification in 2011.
