Mona Dine is an accomplished Human Resources leader with an extensive and proven track record of working closely with business leaders at all levels. As a leader of talent management functions across a variety of industries, her expertise is utilized to develop impactful leaders, create engaging environments and promote talent practices that drive performance and business results. Her experiences and successes as a senior leader, certified coach, and talent strategist allow her to leverage practical insight and operational wisdom to enable leaders and organizations to meet current and future business challenges. Mona currently leads Talent Management and Corporate Human Resources at US Steel. She has worked in senior level Human Resources roles at Kennametal, HarbisonWalker International, PNC, and Robert Morris University. 

Mona holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Master’s degree specializing in Career Development from The Ohio State University.  Mona holds certifications as a Professional Certified Coach (ICF); Senior Professional in Human Resources (HRCI); Senior Certified Professional (SHRM); Organizational Development Certified Professional (ODCP); and Fostering Inclusion & Diversity (Yale University). 

Mona functions as a Corporate Advisory Committee member and Mentor for PA Women Work. She is an active member of the International Coaching Federation. She also volunteers for the National Diversity Council and the March of Dimes.  Mona serves on the Pittsburgh Board for the Hebrew Free Loan Association, Pittsburgh.  In addition, she serves as the Chair for the Diversity and Inclusion Forum in the Pittsburgh region. She is a frequent speaker and panel member on topics addressing leadership development and enhancing diversity and inclusion within organizations.

Justin D. Davis, MS-HRM, works with business leaders to hire, recruit, and leverage talent as their competitive advantage to achieve maximized success. Justin believes that talent development and utilizing progressive strategies to unlock leadership potential is critical for winning organizations! Justin joined Old Navy in 2011 and currently is a Regional HR Manager. In 2013, Justin was celebrated with the Exceed Award for his contributions in the development of Leadership Academy, Old Navy’s initiative dedicated to elevating essential leadership skills, accountability, and performance for store and field leaders. He’s led the Ascend Accelerated Development Program, a program for high potential diverse leaders that builds their capabilities and supports a pipeline of diverse talent for the organization. Justin works closely with This Way ONward, which is Old Navy’s program created to provide the next generation of leaders aged 16-24 with the career and life skills, as well as valuable first-job experience, helping to build their confidence for the future.

Justin has achieved certifications in Strength Based Leadership, Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership, InsideOut GROW Development, and has experience in training and development, talent management and succession planning, employee engagement and retention, and employee relations. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Maryland-College Park and completed his Masters of Science in HR Management at the University of Maryland-University College. In the community, Justin is the National Vice President of Fraternity Affairs for Alpha Nu Omega Fraternity, Inc and served on the Advisory Council for YouthBuild Charter School Philadelphia.

Tony Lee recently retired as vice president of content for the Society for Human Resource Management, where he oversaw all editorial functions and staff and focused on evolving SHRM's content strategy globally. Lee hosts two award-winning podcasts, All Things Work and People + Strategy, and is a recognized authority on recruitment trends.

Lee is a frequent conference speaker in the U.S. and internationally, and has appeared as a career guidance authority on a range of television and radio programs, such as those produced by NBC, ABC, CNN, FOX, NPR, CNBC, Huffington Post, WCBS and The Wall Street Journal, including “The Today Show” and “Good Morning America.”

Lee is co-author of “The Jobs Rated Almanac” (Barricade), and “Career Choice, Change and Challenge” (JIST Pub.), and has published more than 15 books through his career. He also is a columnist for a range of industry web sites, including RecruitingTrends, Jobboarders and Staffing Stream. He has written The Wall Street Journal's “Managing Your Career” column, and his articles have appeared in hundreds of newspapers and magazines globally. Lee also has served on the board of directors of the International Association of Employment Web Sites for many years.

Prior to joining SHRM, Lee was editor and publisher of CareerCast.com, an award-winning site he created for job hunters and the HR community. He also served as chief alliance officer of CareerCast’s parent company, Adicio Inc..Lee also is the founder and former publisher of The Wall Street Journal Online Vertical Network and all of the sites within that network, including CareerJournal.com, OpinionJournal.com, StartupJournal.com, RealEstateJournal.com, CollegeJournal.com and “Political Diary,” a paid email newsletter about politics. Under his leadership, those sites won a range of awards and accolades. Combined, the Network sites attracted an average of 2.5 million unique visitors and 20 million page views each month. Lee also was one of two finalists for the Newspaper Association of America’s annual Online Innovator Award. Prior to moving online, Lee was editor in chief of the National Business Employment Weekly and of Managing Your Career, both published by Dow Jones & Co. Lee started his career as Director of Publications for the Chicago Chapter of the American Diabetes Association.

Mary V. L. Wright leads one of the SHRM Foundation’s four pillars of work: Skill Building - Preparing People for Today’s and Tomorrow’s Workplaces.  A critical part of that effort is leading the implementation of the US DOL funded HR Registered Apprenticeship Program, the first national HR apprenticeship program. As such, she is responsible for all parts of the program – development, marketing, sales, budget and evaluation.  In addition, she leads the Foundation’s work on the role of credentials in achieving an organization’s diversity, equity and inclusion goals and is an integral part of the team in promoting the inclusion of untapped talent in the workforce.

Ms. Wright has many years of experience connecting the public and private sectors in municipal finance, government affairs, and workforce development as a project leader, facilitator and subject matter expert.

Previously, Ms. Wright was a director at Jobs for the Future (JFF) where she designed and supervised the completion of foundation, government and employer-funded projects on topics including: expanding employability skills, developing apprenticeship and work-based learning strategies, utilizing labor market information to determine educational focus, better hiring and training practices for people with disabilities, improving entry level jobs for the retail sector, determining the correct educational focus for specific geographic areas including the state of Florida and Columbus Ohio, and an in-depth analysis of green infrastructure jobs.

Prior to joining JFF, she served as director at The Conference Board in New York City, driving its work in workforce readiness, business, and education partnerships. She also focused on improving the employment outcomes for people with disabilities through research and convenings. Ms. Wright co-authored or acted as project director on several key Conference Board reports regarding workforce readiness skills, including Are They Really Ready to Work? and The Ill-Prepared Workforce.

She serves on the Board of Directors of the Institute for Work & the Economy and the Fort Myers Beach Community Foundation.

Ms. Wright received a Master of Business Administration in public/nonprofit management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Affairs from Connecticut College.
