Yuletta Pringle, SHRM-CP, is an HR professional with over 25 years of HR experience encompassing compliance, policy development, employee relations, compensation, benefits and recruiting. Prior to joining SHRM, Yuletta worked with a professional employer organization (PEO) as an HR manager, providing virtual HR support to up to 30 companies. Yuletta is a native Washingtonian with a close family all located in the area. She enjoys traveling, listening to neo-soul music and riding her sports motorcycle. 

Kim McNeil is a SHRM-SCP certified professional with over a decade of experience.  This experience includes expertise in benefits and compensation, international HR, mergers and acquisitions, employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, federal contracts, and compliance. She has worked in a variety of industries including nonprofits and high tech.   Kim has a Bachelor of Arts in World Politics from The Catholic University of America. As a passionate lifelong learner, she also holds a few SHRM Specialty credentials: Inclusive Workplace Cultures, California Law/HR, and Talent Acquisitions. As well as, SHRM People Manager Qualification.  She is passionate about building inclusive workplaces that are purpose-driven and civility-minded.

Liz Petersen, SHRM-SCP, is the Quality Manager for the HR Knowledge Center at SHRM.  Prior to this role, she worked as a SHRM HR Knowledge Advisor.  Liz has a bachelor’s degree from John Carroll University in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a Business minor.  She has a master’s degree from University of Maryland University College in Human Resource Management. 

Liz has over 25 years of HR experience and the SHRM Senior Professional Certification.  Prior to SHRM, Liz worked as an Outsourced HR Manager for several small and medium sized organizations in multiple industries including technology, engineering, hospitality, retail, service, construction, healthcare, manufacturing, etc. She also worked as in-house HR Manager and Director in the manufacturing industry.

Liz is lives in Oceanside, CA with her husband.  In her free time, Liz is discovering a love for painting, hacking away on golf courses, doing anything water or beach related, watching Seahawk and Steeler football, and trying to earn a green thumb.

Regional Engagement Lead Pacific Northwest & Northern California: 

As a Regional Engagement Lead, Hayley is passionate about creating a culture of health and well-being throughout client organizations by utilizing Cigna’s unique products and services, as well as collaborating with benefit consultants, local resources, and wellness vendors. Hayley is responsible for innovating Cigna’s Life Connected approach with focus on engagement and well-being on a market and enterprise level. She works closely with local market leadership on strategy, process improvement, and identifying unique product solutions to improve population health. Hayley is a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor and participates in speaking engagements focused on mental health, nutrition, and well-being on an on-going basis.

Hayley has been dedicated to the health and wellness field for the last eight years through her unique education and clinical work. Hayley has worked as a certified nutritionist, clinical therapist, and health educator to promote health and behavior change and to improve individuals’ quality of life. Hayley truly believes in the connection between the mind and body, and has attended several trainings which focused on intuitive eating, nutrigenomics, mindfulness-based stress reduction and more. Hayley’s masters program has set the framework for her to create an environment to support high level population health and behavior change by focusing on positive preventive approaches.

Sean Behr is the CEO at Fountain, the high-volume hiring platform that empowers companies with an hourly workforce to streamline and scale their recruiting operations across the globe. Previously, Behr was the Co-Founder and CEO of STRATIM (acquired by KAR). Behr previously served in leadership roles at Adap.tv (acquired by AOL), most recently, as SVP, Global operations. Before Adap.tv, He held various management roles at Shopping.com (acquired by Ebay) including roles in HR, sales, product management and strategy development. In addition, Behr advises, mentors and invests in entrepreneurs and early-stage companies. He holds a B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
