As Field Services Director for the Society for Human Resource Management, Susan Post has accountability for the membership and relationship management strategies for SHRM affiliates in a nine-state territory (CT, DE, MA, ME, NH, NJ, NY, RI and VT.)  She serves SHRM members, prospective members and volunteer leaders from her home office in upstate NY. 

Prior to joining SHRM in 1999, Susan had 15 years of progressively responsible HR experience with several organizations, including Eastman Kodak and Cornell University.  She has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Le Moyne College, is certified as a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and holds the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential from the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).

Susan's affiliation with the Society began in the early 1980's, when she served two terms as President of the Le Moyne College student chapter in Syracuse, NY.  Throughout her professional career, Susan held numerous SHRM volunteer leadership roles, including two terms as President of her local professional chapter and District Director on the New York State Council.

Outside of SHRM, Susan has served in a variety of volunteer leader capacities for many organizations. She is currently a member of the Elmira Little Theater board of directors, a non-profit community theater group in Elmira, NY.

Gloria Sinclair Miller is an accomplished Senior HR Business Executive with more than 20 years of successful global and domestic human resources leadership in a variety of industry sectors, including biopharmaceutical, retail, financial services, and non-profit organizations. Gloria has held leadership positions with the USO of Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey, AstraZeneca Pharmaceutical, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Borders Group Inc, TD Bank and Rosenbluth International.

Gloria currently serves as the Vice President of Membership and Customer Community Experience at SHRM. In this role, Gloria manages the member acquisition and engagement for Professional and Executive audience segments with a particular emphasis on fostering communities and enhancing the experience.

Gloria holds a Master of Science (MS) in Human Resources Management and Services from Widener University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Human Resources Management from Wilmington University. She also holds the SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SCP) designation.

Gloria has served in numerous Volunteer Leadership roles, including Chapter President and long-time Board Member for the Philadelphia Society for Human Resources Management (Philly SHRM) Chapter and Board Chairman for USO of Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey.

Rose Morales, SHRM-CP is a Field Services Director for SHRM, based in San Antonio, Texas.  She supports the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Idaho, Wyoming, Mississippi, Hawaii, Guam and Saipan. The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is the world’s largest HR professional society, representing 300,000 members in more than 165 countries.

Rose has worked in the HR Profession for over 20 years with industry experience in the telecommunication, technology and staffing industries.  Prior to joining SHRM, she was Vice President of Human Resources at TeleGuam Holdings, LLC where she provided guidance, leadership and support for 450 employees in the areas of talent, compensation, learning & development, employee relations/engagement, workers compensation, security and safety.  Before moving to Guam, Rose worked with Comcast in California as a Human Resources Business Partner. 

She served as President of the SHRM Guam Chapter for three years and one year as the State Council Director for the Pacific State Council.  She also was a volunteer and member of the Sacramento Area Human Resource Association (SAHRA) at the early stage of her Human Resources career.

Prior to relocating to Texas, Rose lived on Guam where she served on different community organizations.  She served as a Board member for the Guam Workforce Development Board with the Guam Department of Labor and the Finance and Technology Chair.  Rose served as an Advisory Council on the School of Business and Public Administration Council with the University of Guam and volunteer with the Employer Support for Guards and Reserves (ESGR).  She also participated and supported other community-based organizations on Guam.  Rose was instrumental in bridging the gap with Senators on Guam by partnering and being the voice for the local SHRM chapter when it came to employment law. 

Rose holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with emphasis in Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University.  She received her Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional designation from the Society of Human Resource Management.

In this role she is responsible for membership growth through renewals and member acquisition working closely with the chapter and state council volunteer leaders in IN, KY, MI, ND, SD and TN. Faith also leads strategic planning and succession planning workshops for state councils and chapters along with speaking to SHRM members and non-members on a wide range of HR topics that are impacting employees and employers who are creating Better Workplaces for Better Worlds.

Gill Gordon is Chair of Permits Foundation and has been a Board Member since its establishment in 2001. Gill spent most of her career with Schlumberger and her last appointment was as HR Director UK from 2014 to 2020, based in London. She held many different positions including HR Director for the global seismic business WesternGeco, Director Executive Compensation for Schlumberger, and HR Director for the global R&D population. She played a key role in setting up and developing a shared services organisation for the HR function in Europe, Caspian and Africa and was also HR Director for a global electricity and gas utilities business.

Gill was involved in a number of strategic initiatives in the areas of career development, diversity and mobility as well as numerous acquisitions and divestitures. During her career, she spent over ten years in expatriate assignments in France, Germany and the US. Gill started her career in international HR at Ford Motor Company and has a BA Hons. in French & German from Heriot-Watt University.
