Ilda is a partner in the immigration team at Kingsley Napley. She is a South African qualified attorney and a British qualified solicitor who joined the firm in January 2010.
Ilda has more than ten years of UK corporate immigration law experience, managing large company clients as well as handling complex matters for individuals, British nationality applications, appeals, judicial reviews and applications under European Law including Brexit related advice.
Ilda also has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of the Points Based System, including assisting employers with their Tiers 2 or 5 sponsor registrations and advising on immigration compliance issues. Equally, she has extensive experience in advising investors, entrepreneurs and high-net worth individuals.
Prior to joining Kingsley Napley LLP, Ilda was the UK Country Manager for Emigra Europe Limited, a specialist global immigration consultancy firm, with service centres on three continents, providing global immigration services for over 100 different countries. Ilda was responsible for the overall management of the UK office, including advising large multinational clients in respect of their UK Immigration related matters.
She also worked as an Associate at ASG Immigration where she advised on all aspects of business and personal immigration, with an emphasis on multinational employees, skilled migrants and applications under European law.
Ilda has spoken on matters of immigration law for several distinguished organisations throughout her career. She has also written several articles on a variety of subjects relating to UK Immigration law.
She is recommended in the International Who's Who of Business Immigration Lawyers, Chambers and Partners, and is ranked as a Leading Individual in Legal 500 UK 2020. She has also been recognised in the Citywealth Leaders List 2020 and is listed in Who's Who Legal as a Thought Leader in Corporate Immigration, 2019.

Based in Boston, Michele is the North America Immigration Lead for Publicis Groupe, the world’s third largest communications group operating in over 100 countries with a mobile workforce of over 80,000 people. She is responsible for developing and executing immigration compliance and case strategy for North America, overseeing the delivery of immigration case management services for the U.S. and Canada and for driving the immigration program expansion throughout Latin America. Michele’s subject matter expertise is relied upon to evolve and scale the company’s immigration program to meet the challenges of a complex immigration environment.

Jeffrey Gorsky

Before Jeff joined Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP as Senior Counsel, Jeff served as Chief of the Legal Advisory Opinion section of the Visa Office in the Department of State. For over a decade, he led the team and provided legal guidance to consular officers worldwide on visa matters.
During his tenure in Washington, DC, Jeff was a trusted advisor to senior policymakers and worked closely with counterparts at the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Labor, and the Department of Justice. He assisted the Department of Justice on civil and criminal visa matters and testified for the government as an expert witness on visas. He twice earned the State Department’s Superior Honor Award.
Jeff also served in various positions at US consulates around the world and, before joining the government, worked as a criminal defense lawyer.
As Senior Counsel with Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP Jeff works in the Washington, D.C. office. The government relations group helps to shape immigration policy, regulations and legislation and offers strategic guidance on working with government agencies. Jeff is instrumental in overseeing the firm’s compliance and government affairs practices.

James Brailer

Mr. Brailer joined Johns Hopkins University in April 2013 as Assistant Provost for International Student and Scholar Services. Now an Associate Vice Provost, Jim has led a transformation in the way JHU supports its growing international populations and serves sponsoring university departments through a reorganization and consolidation of the five offices that were serving international clientele, and has undertaken a comprehensive review of all international services policies and procedures. He also works with government relations staff to ensure policymakers at all levels appreciate the impact of immigration regulations on JHU. Jim was Executive Director of the Center for Global Education Services at Arizona State from 2010-13. He began his career at Ohio State in 1991 and has worked in international education for nearly three decades, presenting numerous sessions and workshops at national and regional professional conferences. He is a current member of the SHRM Specialty Immigration Panel. He has a BS in Business Administration from Ohio State and a JD from Capital University Law School.

Geraldine Moralez

Geraldine has served with Intel for 24 years, the last 12 of which have been in the mobility space. Prior to becoming a Global Immigration Manager in 2016, she continually intersected with immigration while managing large-scale international group moves, spanning multiple countries and managing a project to increase Intel’s visibility to and legal compliance of business travelers. Geraldine is also passionate about immigration as a result of her personal experiences. She immigrated to the United States from Ireland in 1995, taught English in Japan to prospective business assignees and has worked internationally for Intel in the United States, Ireland and the Netherlands. These experiences keep her focused on the end user’s experience, while developing policies and practices that serve Intel’s business objectives. Geraldine is a lean six sigma green belt, has a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies and a master’s degree in Supply Chain Management.

Sandra Sheridan Reguerin has practiced business immigration law exclusively since 1996. She has extensive experience in the J-1 area including IGA, no objection and physician waivers, J-1 program designation applications, and 15 years as an Alternate Responsible Officer for a variety of corporate J-1 programs. Sandra orchestrates large-scale moves of temporary assignees for multinational companies with an emphasis on L-1 visa usage. She has represented individual and corporate clients before numerous U.S. Consular posts around the world and before the State Department. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the AILA DOS Liaison Committee for which she writes the monthly "Check-in With Charlie" column. Sandra speaks English and Spanish.
