Davida Rivens, an avid DIYer, brings her creativity to the table when helping companies build solutions to support their employees. Davida spent nine years leading E4E Relief's customer experience and relationship management team before transitioning to the role of Managing Director, Growth & Development. Here, she continues to lean into her nonprofit background to help advance corporate philanthropy - and to leverage her creativity to ensure our clients and their employees have what they need to make it through even the most difficult times. 
 
From the ballroom dance team at UNC Chapel Hill to the board room of E4E Relief, Davida carries a confidence and wisdom that helps bring E4E Relief to the next level. Her deep understanding of product and product delivery allow her to identify trends and enhancement opportunities with ease. Davida continues to prioritize customer satisfaction and each market's needs to keep E4E Relief's programs best in class. 
 

With more than 10 years in the employee engagement industry, Ryann has developed a passion for the employee experience and helping clients create a culture of appreciation. After experience in Client Success and Sales roles, Ryann now leads Reward Gateway's team of Account Executives in the East Region of the U.S. and Canada to build relationships and equip organizations with wellbeing and engagement solutions that can impact their company culture and business outcomes. 

With a 14-year tenure in the corporate health and wellness industry Sara has cultivated a deep-seated commitment to employee wellbeing and engagement. She now spearheads a team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives across the West Region of the U.S., empowering them to drive meaningful change in organizations. Through our suite of offerings spanning employee wellbeing, rewards, recognition and communications, we equip organizations with the tools to foster a culture of connection and appreciation. 

Virginia "Ginny" Clarke is a world-renowned conscious leadership expert, sought-after speaker, author, instructor and advisor who helps individuals and organizations based on conscious choices and personal accountability. 

She has over 30 years of experience in executive recruiting, talent management and commercial real estate. She has held leadership roles at Google and Spencer Stuart where she recruited senior leaders across sectors and functions, and specialized in diversity and internal mobility.

Ginny's focus on personal accountability and self-awareness empowers people to become radically accountable, creating a space for healthy, authentic leadership that inspires and transforms individuals and organizations.

Her approach to leadership is rooted in the Five Dimensions Of Conscious Leadership, which encourages leaders to deepen their self-awareness, speak their truth, inspire love,  expand their consciousness and activate their mastery.

Ginny is the author of Career Mapping: Charting Your Course in the New World of Work and hosts the Fifth Dimensional Leadership podcast. She holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in French and Linguistics from the University of California at Davis. Ginny is the single mother of an adult son, Julian, who works in the entertainment industry.

Wendy Stratman Miller is the Chief People Officer for North America at McKinsey & Company where she shapes and manages the firm’s People strategy, processes, and professional teams.

During her 19 years in McKinsey’s People function, Wendy has built and overseen an integrated team with responsibility for recruiting, professional development, evaluations and reviews, learning, and human resources. She partners globally to design the firm’s regional People strategy, employee value proposition, and experience, including the diversity and inclusion strategy and shift toward a stronger development culture.

Previously, Wendy was a McKinsey consultant serving clients on various strategic topics with a focus on marketing and sales in consumer and retail industries.

Wendy has an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BS in Accounting from Miami University. She lives in Atlanta, GA, with her husband, Matt, and three children.

Allison Chamberlayne is the Director of Operations for Hiring Our Heroes, an initiative of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation connecting transitioning service members, veteran, military spouses, and caregivers with American businesses to create economic opportunity and a strong and diversified workforce. In her role, Allison focuses on day-to-day program operations, staff development, process improvement, and strengthening partnerships.

Allison is a military spouse who served alongside her husband, a retired Army Engineer, for over 25 years. She joined Hiring Our Heroes in January of 2018, as a part of the Corporate Fellowship Program. Over the past four and a half years, Allison has held several roles to include Operations Manager, Program Manager of Corporate Fellowship program in the National Capital Region and Deputy Director of the Military Spouse Fellowship Program.

Before her career at Hiring Our Heroes, Allison faced the same employment challenges as those she currently serves. She has held full time, part time and temporary positions in multiple fields to include Accounting, Logistics, Marketing, Finance and Education. This has made her a passionate advocate for military spouses in their pursuit of meaningful employment opportunities.

Allison has a bachelor’s degree in Urban Affairs from Virginia Tech and being a diehard Hokie consumes much of her and her family’s free time. She resides in McLean, VA with her husband, Ed (VT ’93, ‘02, ‘11 ) and son Eddie (VT ’24). Her daughter, Emma (UVA ’20) lives nearby and tolerates the VT fanaticism.

From mowing lawns and working at a FroYo shop to the seat he’s in today, every job Charles has had involved a role in service—which is probably why he sees everything he does professionally as an opportunity to serve. Charles has led HR, customer service, sales, and recruiting teams along with serving as Chair for his local HR Leadership Academy. No matter what he has done in his career, his goal has always been to make life a little more enjoyable and rewarding for the people around him.

Explaining what Charles does for ITAC would depend on the person you ask. To some, he’s the “HR guy” or the “Ops guy.” Others might talk about their first week at ITAC spent with him to onboard and train them. Over time, his role has evolved along with the company. As the company’s Integrator, Charles works with the leadership team to carry out the vision of the Partners, holding the team accountable (think “cat herding”) and beating the drum on their 20 Mile March.

Just about every assessment he’s taken says he’s competitive, hard-charging, change-oriented, and has high standards. Outside of work, his competitiveness plays out on the tennis court. He’ll tell you he’s not great at it (yet), but the exercise and social aspects keep him coming back for more. While homelife throws in a curveball occasionally between his Sphynx cat Gus and his overly active Devon Rex mate, Ollie, Charles is happy to share life’s adventure with his partner who keeps all those qualities mentioned earlier in check
