Lester S. Rosen is an attorney and Founder  of Employment Screening Resources (ESR) a service offering of ClearStar.   He is the author of, “The Safe Hiring Manual,”  (3d Edition 2017), the first comprehensive book on employment screening.  He is also a consultant, writer, expert witness and frequent presenter nationwide on safe hiring and due diligence.  He is both a former prosecutor and criminal defense attorney.  Mr. Rosen was the chairperson of the steering committee that founded the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA) and served as the first co-chairman in 2004. He  received the  PBSA Lifetime Achievement Award in 2019.

Tamra is a recognized thought leader, author, and speaker and currently leads EY’s Talent Management practice for the Americas.  She brings more than thirty years of experience partnering with organizations to drive strategic agendas with humans at the center. Prior to EY, Tamra was the founder and CEO of PeopleFirm LLC and Consulting Magazine recognized her as one of the country’s “Top 25 Consultants” in both 2007 and 2014. Tamarah D. Ivy-Brownlee serves as Regional Vice President, Human Resources for the Indianapolis Suburban Region (ISR) within Indiana University Health (IUH). Her IU Health accomplishments include efforts to improve team member engagement, organizational efficiency, and cultural experiences.

Ms. Brownlee spent the last 20+ years in HR leadership across various industries, curating her passion for healthy cultures and organizational change.

Tamarah lives in Noblesville with her husband, Albert Brownlee, and is the mother of four children. In her spare time, Brownlee is busy as a third-year Ph.D. student in Organizational Leadership and enjoys public speaking, traveling, theatre/acting, cooking, nature, and writing.

Louis R. Lessig, Esquire, SHRM-SCP, SPHR is a Partner at the law firm of Brown & Connery, LLP in Westmont, NJ in their labor and employment group.  He regularly counsels clients, conducts training sessions and represents clients in federal and state court as well as before administrative agencies. Also known as The Employment Law Translator®, Mr. Lessig speaks across the country and regularly writes articles that appear in publications nationwide including XpertHR.  In 2018 he won the Delaware Valley HR Consultant of the Year Award. He is a member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and a Past President of the Philadelphia chapter.  Mr. Lessig is an active volunteer for The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as the Northeast Membership Advisory Council (MAC) Representative.
