Jonathan is a partner at Duane Morris LLP in its Employment Group.  Jonathan also is the managing principal of the Duane Morris Institute, which provides business-focused training on myriad employment issues.

Jonathan has trained federal judges across the country on employment issues for more than 20 years. Most recently, Jonathan provided formal training at a Judicial Conference to federal circuit and district judges on the new provisions in the Judicial Code of Conduct as they relate to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, reporting and abusive conduct. 

Jonathan has been cited as a national authority on employment issues in articles in SHRM, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The New York Times, The Harvard Business Review, USAToday, Bloomberg, Forbes, Associated Press, Reuters, Business Week, CNN, Money, SHRM, The Philadelphia Inquirer, and The Philadelphia Business Journal, among many other publications.

On behalf of SHRM, Jonathan has testified before the EEOC  as well as the Congressional Caucus for Women’s Issues

Jonathan was appointed by the EEOC to its Select Task Force on Harassment.

Jonathan was a member of SHRM’s Compensation Equity Committee. 

Jonathan has published more than 400 articles on third party platforms, including for SHRM, Bloomberg, Fortune and Entrepreneur.

Yvette Lee, SHRM-SCP, is an HR Knowledge Advisor at SHRM, the world’s largest HR professional society, representing 300,000+ members in more than 165 countries. Yvette possesses over 25 years of human resources experience. Her expertise includes talent management, benefits, compensation, diversity and inclusion, employee relations, ethics and compliance, and employee development. A published author of several articles in SHRM's HR Magazine on various topics, Yvette holds a bachelor's degree in communications from the University of Virginia. She also holds the SHRM California Law HR, Talent Acquisition, Inclusive Workplace Culture, People Manager Qualification and HR Dept. of One Specialty Credentials. Pattie Graves, SHRM-SCP, has been an HR Knowledge Advisor for 10 years. Prior to coming onboard with SHRM, Pattie worked as an HR manager and HR director in manufacturing, transportation and retail. She has 20 years of HR experience and is also a small business owner. 

Theresa Adams is a SHRM-SCP certified professional with 23 years generalist experience in the human resources field. She obtained a BS from the University of Maryland. She has experience in various industries, including manufacturing, retail and nonprofit. She has worked for SHRM for almost 12 years as an HR Knowledge Advisor in the SHRM HR Knowledge Center. She particularly enjoys collaborating with SHRM members by providing practical HR guidance and resources to promote effective talent management practices.    

Kim McNeil is a SHRM-SCP certified professional with over a decade of experience.  This experience includes expertise in benefits and compensation, international HR, mergers and acquisitions, employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, federal contracts, and compliance. She has worked in a variety of industries including nonprofits and high tech.   Kim has a Bachelor of Arts in World Politics from The Catholic University of America. As a passionate lifelong learner, she also holds a few SHRM Specialty credentials: Inclusive Workplace Cultures, California Law/HR, and Talent Acquisitions. As well as, SHRM People Manager Qualification.  She is passionate about building inclusive workplaces that are purpose-driven and civility-minded.

Gennady Babankov, J.D. is a Manager of SHRM Exchange Visitor (J-1) Program. Babankov oversees two private sector exchange programs for foreign trainees and interns and helps develop, implement, and promote SHRM benefits portfolio for global mobility and immigration members.

Babankov has more than 20 years of experience building and managing global education and training programs for students and professionals. He has experience in teacher training, study abroad, cross-cultural training, and language acquisition, and has directed field operations in Russia, Central Asia, Middle East, and the Caucasus.

Prior to joining SHRM in 2019, Babankov managed several education and training programs sponsored by the federal government, including the Flagship Overseas Language Program (U.S. Department of Defense), Fulbright Teacher Exchange Program (U.S. Department of State), and the Open World Program (Library of Congress).

Babankov earned his J.D. degree from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University, a master’s degree from the Johns Hopkins University, and a bachelor’s degree from the Lomonosov Moscow State University in Russia.

Babankov has lived in the United States since 1994 and currently resides in Fairfax, VA.

Richard A. Fowler is the nationally syndicated radio host of the The Richard Fowler Show, a Fox News Channel contributor and millennial messaging expert.

Positioned at the intersection of news, politics and the cultural issues facing everyday Americans, Richard’s fresh style and non-traditional spin on populism have taken audiences by storm. A charismatic personality with a comedic flair, Angela Ray combines her experience in acting and improv with her skills as a speaker to work as a host and emcee. For six years, she was the host of the Food Lion Face Off and the Food Lion Chef Challenge, working as the female version of Steve Harvey and Guy Fiere. She began hosting for Food Lion by interacting with fans at the CIAA and the ACC basketball tournaments, two of the largest college basketball tournaments in the country. She has also hosted for television programs including the Annual Campaign for Public Television and Brand Newz, produced by Christopher “Play” Martin. She’s excited to bring her skills and experience to work with Onyx as an emcee for both in person and virtual events.

Adrienne is a San Diego native, 300 hr Yoga Teacher and Movement Educator. She's been teaching yoga since 2016 and practicing since 2011. Adrienne is also a therapeutic massage and holistic health practitioner who specializes in pain management and injury recovery. Her goal is to empower people to cultivate a healthier relationship with their bodies through accessible, functional movement and a loving mindset. Her teaching style blends mobility-based, functional movement with basic yoga postures to improve your joint health, gain better stability and strength, and reduce stiffness and tightness.
