Richard Bronson is the Founder and CEO of 70 Million Jobs, the first national, for profit employment platform for people with criminal records. The Y Combinator company’s job board matches a community of one million plus+ active job seekers with some of the nation’s largest employers.

His career began on Wall Street, where he was a partner in the infamous Wolf of Wall Street firm, before launching his own 500-person, $100 million business. Some of the company’s actions were outside the law, and he was punished with a two-year prison sentence. When he was released, he served as Director of the prominent reentry non-profit, Defy Ventures.

Timothy Mutrie is Senior Vice President of Marketing/IT for ACI Specialty Benefits and leads ACI’s award-winning IT team in delivering next-generation engagement and benefits technology for customers worldwide. Mutrie, an award-winning, 20-year industry veteran, brings powerhouse engagement and digital strategies to the benefits world. Mutrie is highly experienced in creating benefit solution built for the new workforce and leads the marketing team in web development, SEO, SEM, social media, public relations, video production, PPC, and digital marketing strategies.

Caron is a Senior HR Expert with over 24 years of diverse experience in all HR management systems. She led a team of 22 professionals in the Telecommunications industry and led the Selection system update with international ICT consultants for its flagship Customer Relationship Management upgrade. Caron and her team provided strategic support to the corporation’s achievement of business critical objectives.

Ms. Greaves successfully created and deployed job enrichment (inclusive of company orientations for all levels of staff) and developmental programmes geared towards enhancing the talent pool of not only company assets but also the youth of Trinidad and Tobago. She has continued her family’s tradition of wealth creation by successful creating and executing her unique business seminar – Innovation is Serious Business, since 2016. Caron is so committed to HR capacity development that she founded the H2H Leadership Forum in 2017 to nurture leadership talent and advocate for diversity awareness as a champion of women’s and management’s right in Trinidad & Tobago.

Caron is a Senior lecturer at one of the premier educational institutions in Trinidad and facilitates Masters Students reading for the HRM and Employee Relations modules of the Edinburgh Business School (EBS) programme. Additionally, Ms. Greaves is the EBS’ virtual tutor for the global online revision course. She attained her Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education with the University of Greenwich - 2016. 

In 2014, Ms. Greaves realized one of her life’s dreams by opening her HR consulting organisation – Choice HR Limited; which brings a brand of purposeful HR services to Trinidad & Tobago and the region. In August, Ms. Greaves delivered life skills and professionalism to young professionals as a partner of the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs.

Dr. Brower is a sociologist and Principal with the Applied Research team of Steelcase. She is the author of Bring Work to Life by Bringing Life to Work: A Guide for Leaders and Organizations. She has over 25 years of experience working with global clients, as well as healthcare and education clients. She specializes in human and social systems, organizational culture/effectiveness, and the changing nature of work. Dr. Brower is an executive advisor to Coda Societies, to the MSU Mathematics Master’s Program, and a board member for the FM Research & Benchmarking Institute. Tracy’s work has been featured in TEDx, The Wall Street Journal, Training Magazine, Fortune.com, Forbes.com, Inc. Magazine, Fast Company, and more.

Colleen, founder of  A Slice of HR, assists growing small businesses in recruiting and retaining amazing talent. Her 15+ year HR portfolio, started in a small startup brewery called Samuel Adams which helped lead the disruption of an entire industry. Her practice is in Cincinnati Ohio with a special focus on Family/Closely Held Businesses, Construction, Union-Shops, Manufacturing, Ad Agencies and Non-for Profits. Ben Eubanks is a bestselling author, speaker, and researcher living in Huntsville, AL. Robert A. Boonin is a member of the national law firm of Dykema Gossett and is based in its Ann Arbor office. Rob is an honors graduate from The University of Michigan Law School, holds a Masters in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University, and a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.  Practicing law for nearly 40 years, Rob has litigated employment law matters before federal and state courts across the nation, handles all forms of union matters for employers, and regularly counsels clients on such issues as discrimination, FMLA compliance, and wage and hour law.
