Lisbeth Claus, Ph.D., SHRM-SCP, is a Professor of Global Human Resources at the Atkinson Graduate School of Management of Willamette University in Salem, Oregon (USA). Prior to joining Willamette University, she held faculty and administrative positions at the Monterey Institute of International Studies and managerial positions at Safeway Inc. and Maritz Inc.

Dr. Claus has published widely in academic and professional journals on subject matters related to international and global HR management issues, and is a frequent key-note speaker at national and international HR conferences. She is considered a leading expert on issues related to employee performance management for multinational companies and organizations.

She frequently delivers multi-day strategic HR seminars in Central and Eastern Europe, Eastern Africa, and Asia for country and regional HR managers. She was the 2003 President of SHRM Global, the international division of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). In 2004, SHRM commissioned her to design the GPHR (Global Professional Human Resources) Certification Preparation Course  She is also a Global HR Special Expertise Panel Member at SHRM. To advance the HR profession, she frequently volunteers her professional services for the establishment and development of country HR associations in emerging markets. 

As founder of Corporate Advisors Group, Kevin Mahoney joined Raymond James as a Managing Director, Investments and Senior Institutional Consultant in 2015. Kevin brings over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry. His areas of expertise include fiduciary risk management, ERISA issues, qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, liability driven investing, philanthropic services, employee education and communication.

Theresa Hummel-Krallinger is an Emmy Award-winning comedian, a well-respected senior training professional and performance consultant.  She is a frequently requested speaker on topics of leadership, career management, organizational culture and workplace communications. 

Theresa is a past president of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the Association for Talent Development and is the past president for a local Toastmasters club.  For 17 years she served on the non-credit faculty at Temple University.  She has been a featured speaker at numerous regional and international conferences.  She won an Emmy in 2019 for her work on the PBS talk show, “Counter Culture.”

With nearly two decades of executive leadership experience in both human capital and operations/P&L roles, Kelly has found that organizational transformation and developing business excellence is where she thrives. Whether it is a start-up, change management, turn-around/reorg or high growth environment, she enjoys working on complex business problems across an enterprise. She has lead a breadth of practice areas supporting overall business effectiveness – M&A (deal project management, due diligence and integration lead roles), global human resources, organizational effectiveness and efficiency (including process improvement and workforce effectiveness), talent acquisition, talent development, org design/OD, employee relations, performance management and other core business operations. 

Dr. Naomi Abrams holds a Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy and certification as an ergonomic assessment specialist.  Holding the firm belief that prevention is the least expensive cure, her global consulting firm specializes in occupational health and ergonomics. Developed by Dr. Abrams, her company is the premier provider for the creation and implementation of ergonomics programs to keep employees working at peak performance.  She is a consultant, author, and trainer.  She lectures internationally on occupation-based ergonomics, intervention services, and the aging workforce.

Matt is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta – one of the nation’s leading pediatric healthcare systems and consistently ranked as one of the “100 Best Companies to Work For” by Fortune magazine. With the support of a strong team, Matt is working to evolve and optimize the recruitment platform at Children’s.

Prior to working at Children's, Matt helped reshape talent acquisition at Ericsson, the world's leading provider of communications technology and services, operating in 180 countries and employing more than 100,000 people. In his five years with Ericsson, Matt lived in both Australia and Singapore. He drove innovation in the employer branding, sourcing and recruitment strategy for Ericsson regionally and globally.

He has past experience as a senior strategy consultant with a U.S. recruitment communications firm, helping leading organizations implement innovative employer branding and digital strategies to attract top talent. Matt is a graduate of The Florida State University in the USA. He is an author and featured industry speaker on best practices in Talent Management at international HR events.
