Jeremy Langhans enjoys playing in the digital marketing space for recruiting! He has a deep expertise in strategic engagement platforms (sourcing, research, and social media) & applies his channel knowledge in attracting talent.  Jeremy currently leads Global Brand and Talent Attraction for Expedia.  Prior to joining Expedia, he was the program manager for Employment Brand and Channels at Starbucks.  He is honored to be a founding member of the steering committee of the Sourcing 7, a special interest group of the Northwest Recruiters Association where he fosters opportunities to network, influence and educate.  Jeremy started Social Media for Staffing at Starbucks in 2009 and in 2010 rolled out their Social Recruiting platform. He had the pleasure of owning 2 roadmaps, globally, within Talent Management at Starbucks. These included Digital & Social Media, as well as their Career Center and other major channels (i.e. LinkedIn).  A good example of his work can be found @starbucksjobs on Twitter.  Jeremy has consulted for companies like Microsoft, Cisco, Yahoo, and started his tenured career working at staffing agencies in the late 90's.  He views Global Brand as "just the guy who makes the final decision on how we show up in the market" and "a way to drive results through a candidate centric design methodology".  He views Talent Attraction as "the synergistic space where strategic talent sourcing / talent engagement collide" and "the systems that create more yeses to the business".

Robert Hohman is co-founder and chief executive officer of Glassdoor, a jobs and career community, and a member of the company's board of directors. Before creating Glassdoor, Robert was most recently president of Hotwire, a leading discount travel site and division of Expedia, Inc. He was one of the original team members of Expedia, and was part of the executive team that took it public in 1999.

During his Expedia tenure, Robert also served as president of Classic Custom Vacations and executive vice president of Cruise & Packages for Expedia North America. In Expedia's early stage, he led the engineering team that built the cruise, hotel, and package booking systems. Robert started his career at Microsoft and worked as a software developer in a range of areas from Windows 95 to interactive television to online games.

He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in computer science from Stanford University.

As Senior Vice President of Organizational Development, Chris Dustin is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, guidance, and management of the firm’s consulting operations.  These responsibilities include coaching and guiding clients to implement positive change based on the quantitative and qualitative data collected during the survey process.  He is actively involved in conducting leadership presentations, training sessions, and workshops sharing best practices and strategic advice on how to improve clients’ overall business outcomes.  Chris received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado, concentrating in Management.  He is a native of Colorado and moved to Chicago in 1997.

Jennifer B. Kahnweiler is a bestselling author and one of the leading speakers on introverts in the workplace. Her pioneering books, The Introverted Leader, Quiet Influence, The Genius of Opposites, and Creating Introvert-Friendly Workplaces have been translated into 18 languages. The Introverted Leader was named one of the top 5 business books by The Shanghai Daily.

Kris Dunn is a Partner and CHRO at Kinetix, a national RPO firm for growth companies headquartered in Atlanta. He's also the founder of two industry-leading blogs – Fistful of Talent and The HR Capitalist – and has written over 70 feature columns at Workforce Management magazine. Prior to his investment at Kinetix, Kris served in HR leadership roles at DAXKO, Charter and Cingular.

Ms. Moulton heads the human resources and administrative division of ACDI/VOCA. As a certified senior professional in human resources (SPHR), Ms. Moulton brings to ACDI/VOCA a depth of knowledge and experience in organizational management. She joined ACDI/VOCA in April 2006 after serving as vice president and deputy director of human resources at ICF International, Inc.; director of human resources and administration at Caliber Associates, Inc.; manager of human resources development at American Institutes for Research; and senior personnel consultant at Tangent Corporation. She earned her M.S. in applied behavioral science with a concentration in organizational development at the Johns Hopkins University and B.S. in psychology at the University of Maryland University College. She served on the board of the Human Resources Leadership Forum from 2011–2013. In 2012 she was a finalist in the Human Resources Leadership Award in Innovation and a recipient of the Dr. J. P. London Award for Promoting Ethical Behavior. In 2013 Ms. Moulton was awarded the InsideNGO Operational Excellence Award in Human Resources.

Catherine Mattice, MA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is the founder/CEO of Civility Partners, a strategic organizational development firm focused on helping organizations create respectful workplace cultures and specializing in turning around toxic cultures. Civility Partners’ clients range from Fortune 500's to small businesses across many industries. Catherine is a TEDx speaker and an HR thought-leader who has appeared in such venues as USA Today, Bloomberg, CNN, NPR, and many other national news outlets as an expert. Dan Pasternak is a Shareholder in Greenberg Traurig's Labor and Employment Practice Group.  Dan's practice covers the full range of labor and employment issues, from litigation, to working with management to develop, implement, and enforce effective employment and labor relations policies and practices, to providing daily counsel to management and human resource personnel on employment law compliance matters.  Dan also conducts workplace investigations, and provides a unique approach to harassment and discrimination avoidance training through Greenberg Traurig's GT Training Workshop.  In addition, going back to his days as an attorney with the National Labor Relations Board, Dan has years of experience representing employers in a broad spectrum of traditional labor relations matters, including union organizing campaigns and response strategy, collective bargaining negotiations, unfair labor practice charge and representation case proceedings, strike response and contingency planning, and grievance arbitration proceedings.    

Jen Shirkani is the CEO of Penumbra Group and has spent over 20-years as a learning and development specialist, trainer and speaker. Her topics are presented from a leadership perspective filled with practical strategies and immediately useable tips. She lives in New England where she oversees a national talent management firm.
