LaKisha Kinsey-Sallis a partner with Fisher Phillips, has years of experience assisting businesses ranging from small start-ups to large well-established national corporations in employment law matters. LaKisha represents businesses in litigation of collective and class actions as well as single plaintiff claims and provides day-to-day advice on issues impacting the workplace. She develops and reviews handbooks, personnel policies, offers preventive strategies through management trainings and risk assessments. Lester S. Rosen is an attorney at law  and CEO of Employment Screening Resources (ESR), a national background screening company.  He is a consultant, writer, expert witness  and frequent presenter nationwide on pre-employment screening. He is the author of “The Safe Hiring Manual,” (3d Edition 2017/826 pages), the first comprehensive book on background screening.  He served as the chairperson of the steering committee that founded the Professional Background Screeners Association (PBSA),  served as its first co-chair and received the PBSA Lifetime Achievement Award in 2019. 

A woman serial entrepreneur, Brianna Rooney is the founder and CEO of TalentPerch, Thriversity, The Millionaire Recruiter,  and Techees; Affirm acquired its team in 2021. Passionate about all things recruiting, she also co-hosts a podcast called Talent Takeover Unfiltered that brings respect and awareness to the industry.

Tim Sackett, SCP, is the CEO of HRUTech.com, a leading technical recruiting firm. Tim has over 20 years of combined executive HR and talent acquisition experience working for Fortune 500 companies. Tim is a highly sought-after international speaker on leadership, HR &TA Tech, talent acquisition, and HR execution. Tim is currently a Senior Faculty member with the Josh Bersin Academy. Her current research is focused on conflict resolution, intergenerational conflict, and the Millennial generation. During her career, Cynthia held senior level positions with Fortune 500 companies where she negotiated billion-dollar agreements, participated in union negotiations, and led a Human Resources Department. She has lifetime certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and is a certified Mediator. Cynthia holds a Ph.D. from Kennesaw State University where she teaches in the business school while continuing her consulting and training business.

Chia-Chia Chang, MPH, MBA, is Coordinator for Partnership and New Opportunity Development for the Office of Total Worker Health® (TWH) at the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). She collaborates with partners to share research and promising practices for advancing worker well-being and led the development of the NIOSH Worker Well-being Questionnaire (WellBQ). She has created and delivered presentations and trainings on four continents to a diversity of audiences, including health and human resources professionals, industry associations, universities, and Fortune 500 companies.
