Hailed by Tom Peters for bringing his company out of the doldrums, almost overnight, heralded by the media as the UnGuru because he is such a convention-breaker, Aman Motwane is the man behind the movement to change how the world of business does business — Skills 2.0.

Aman holds degrees from the Indian Institute of Technology and a Master’s from Stanford University, which he received in 9 months. But he’s the first to point out that education and information are worth nothing if you don't understand the right questions to ask.

Theresa S. Treat joined the Company in December 2006 as Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Treat was Vice President of Human Resources at Cutter & Buck, Inc., and has more than 30 years of experience in human resources, serving at Onvia, Inc., Pointshare, Inc., Nextlink Communications, and Horizon Airlines. She also served as a labor negotiator for employees in the state of Alaska from 1983 to 1990. Ms. Treat currently serves on the Board of Directors of Athletes For Kids, a non-profit organization. Ms. Treat has a Master’s Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, both from the University of Illinois.

Melvin Brown II is an author, conference speaker and organizational consultant. He is sought out by both government and industry as an expert in the areas of  Chanage Management, Program Management, Knowledge Management and Training.  

Nicknamed “Mr. Turnaround” he has more than twenty years of not only turning around the lives of individuals but several organizations both in the private sector and the federal government.  

He has developed several change management strategies for collaboration and is the recipient of the America Council for Technology, Industry Advisory Council’s, 2007 Excellence in Government award.

Jack has 34 years of experience in a broad range of employee benefit matters including welfare benefit plans, qualified and non-qualified retirement plans and other employer-provided fringe benefits.  Prior to joining Willis, Jack held human resources/benefits leadership positions at four different Fortune 500 companies.  

Jack received his LLM – Employee Benefits from John Marshall Law School, his JD from South Texas College of Law, and his MBA and BBA- Business Economics from Cleveland State.  

In 2012, Jack completed his three year appointment to serve on the Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Security Administration’s Advisory Council.  He continues to serve on the World at Work Benefits Advisory Board, and he previously served in board positions for the Council on Employee Benefits, the American Benefits Council and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans Corporate Board.  

Michele Espada joined Federal Home Loan Mortgage Co.(Freddie Mac) as a Recruiting Manager in March 2006. Michele was promoted to her current role, Talent Acquisition Director in August of 2012. She is responsible for leading a team of 35 recruiting professionals who support the executive and non-executive recruiting efforts. Prior to assuming her current duties, Michele was a Director of Recruiting for Nextel Communications. In this role, she was responsible for managing the nationwide recruiting efforts for the Information Technology, Engineering and Technology Development departments. Michele brings seventeen years of recruiting and leadership experience to her role with Freddie Mac. Michele earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management from Cabrini College in Radnor, PA.

Erica Pinsky, B.A. M.Sc. CHRP ignites conversations that build respect. She is the corporate Ombudsperson for the Vancouver Whitecaps FC and a faculty member at the Center for Conflict Resolution at the Justice Institute of B.C. Haynes Young is a passionate and dedicated leader with over 15 years of progressive service and operational management experience.  He currently works as a consultant with EBI, Inc. in Owing Mills, MD.  From 2011 to 2013, Young served as Managing Director of Domestic Operations at Pinkerton Global Screening Solutions where he was responsible for the annual fulfillment of over 1 million orders across three product lines. Prior to joining Pinkerton, Young spent 6 years with Navicus as Director of Operations and Client Services. While at Navicus, Young improved the retention rate, making it one of the most successful Talent Management Service providers in the country.  He is considered a thought and knowledge leader within the talent management industry and is a frequent speaker at industry events.

Mike Deblieux, SPHR-CA, is a trainer, consultant, and on-site coach for workplace leaders. He designs and presents seminars on performance management, selection, sexual harassment and other people management topics. He works individually with workplace leaders to review and revitalize their leadership skills. He leads team retreats and does special projects for clients. Mike is the author of seven popular business books including SHRM’s Performance Appraisal Sourcebook.

Pamela Meyer, Ph.D. works with organizations internationally that want to be more agile and innovative. Meyer is author of four books on innovation, learning and change, including The Agility Shift: Creating Agile and Effective Leaders, Teams and Organizations. Specializing in leadership and team development, Meyer develops award-winning strategies and programs that get results. In addition to her speaking and consulting practice, Pamela teaches courses in innovation, organizational change, and adult learning at DePaul University.

Since 1993, Tero has earned a distinguished reputation as a premier research and corporate training organization with thousands of graduates from more than 40 countries. Crosbie has authored several articles, many published in International Journals and Magazines and she is currently collaborating on a book titled Powering Down to Power Up, which addresses the unique risks of misalignment in business communication in a high tech, interconnected world. She was honored as the Woman of Influence Business Owner of the Year by the Des Moines Business Record in 2009 and was named Executive of the Year by Executive Women International, Iowa Chapter, in 2004.
