With more than two decades of Human Resources corporate leadership, Felix Massey, SHRM-SCP, has provided innovative “people solutions” and HR best practices for small to mid-size organizations in industries to include: consumer services, aviation, retail, entertainment, and distribution for Blockbuster Entertainment, Paramount Parks, G2 Secure Staff, LLC and HomeTeam Pest Defense.  Felix studied Business Management at University of Louisiana; received Management Leadership certification from Center for Creative Leadership.  Felix joined SHRM as a corporate employee in 2018 as Director, Field Services (SE Region) and in 2019 became Sr. Director of Customer Experience. 

At SHRM, Felix oversees and leads a virtual and outsourced customer experience operation which supports and propels SHRM’s customer centricity and growth strategies. Creating and sustaining a world-class omni-channel platform, accomplished via the efforts of a diverse team of virtual agents residing in 16 countries.  The Customer Experience team is charged with providing swift resolution to customer/member inquiries, and driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition, retention, and higher engagement.

Anne Comer is a Vice President with Senn Delaney, a Heidrick & Struggles company. Erin is the Chief People Officer at Optimizely where she oversees Recruiting, People Ops, Real Estate and Workplace Operations at Optimizely. Erin’s more than 20 years of experience includes a decade leading recruiting, talent development, and employee success at Salesforce, as well as sitting on the board of the Horizons Foundation.

Alexandra Levit’s goal is to prepare organizations and their employees to be competitive and marketable in the future business world. A former nationally syndicated columnist for the Wall Street Journal and writer for the New York Times, Fast Company, and Forbes, Alexandra has authored several books, including the international bestseller They Don’t Teach Corporate in College and Humanity Works: Merging People and Technologies for the Workforce of the Future.

Alexandra recently became a partner with organizational development firm PeopleResults. She consults and writes on leadership development, human resources, technology adoption, entrepreneurship, innovation, career and workplace trends on behalf of numerous Fortune 500 companies including American Express, Canon, Deloitte, DeVry University, Intuit, SilkRoad, and Staples, and has spoken on these topics at hundreds of organizations around the world including Abbott, ADP, Bank of America, Cardinal Health, Campbell Soup, Exelon, the Federal Reserve Bank, the Human Capital Institute, McDonalds, Microsoft, PepsiCo, the Society of Human Resource Management, and Whirlpool.

Elizabeth Bille is an employment law attorney and currently serves as the subject matter expert on the prevention of harassment and discrimination in the workplace for EVERFI. Prior to joining EVERFI, Elizabeth was general counsel and chief ethics officer of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM); served as a legal and policy advisor to the Vice Chair of the EEOC; and counseled employers at the law firm of Hogan & Hartson (now Hogan Lovells). Elizabeth's work has been cited by several news outlets such as National Public Radio, the Wall Street Journal, and the New York Times.

CaMesha Reece is an HR Consultant and Coach with over 10 years of experience managing a full spectrum of human capital management initiatives and coaching executives. CaMesha earned a Bachelor’s of Art degree from the University of California, Berkeley and continued her education with a Master’s of Art degree in Organizational Management from Antioch University Los Angeles. She utilizes a strengths based, pragmatic, and results oriented approach to help her clients achieve their organizational and individual goals. By day, she is an HCM Strategist and Relationship Manager for a Fortune 500 company responsible for a book of business valued at over $2 million dollars and growing. Dr. Karlyn Borysenko is the force behind Zen Workplace.
