As a Managing Consultant at Berkshire Associates, Rachel Rubino specializes in helping federal contractors and subcontractors of all sizes and industries meet their unique affirmative action needs. With an in-depth understanding of OFCCP regulations and requirements, Rachel provides leading support and guidance to her clients—working to keep them up-to-date and compliant. Rachel is a frequent speaker at local human resources events, and she has also presented at national conferences - SHRM in 2019 and the National Industry Liaison Group in 2022. She is an active member of SHRM and holds the SHRM-SCP Certification.

Her Career experience helps employers realize their HR goals and adapt to the shifting HR landscape.  Lauraine is a veteran HR executive and entrepreneur with 25 years of international, corporate, and consulting experience. Her bold career has taken her to employment and business opportunities in Europe and multiple U.S. cities. She serves as co-chair of the California Small Business Administration's committee on Labor Issues which reviews and makes recommendations on pending labor/employment laws, keeping her abreast of legal developments.                                                                            

Delivering over 30 presentations and webinars each year, Lauraine is a well-respected, and highly sought after guest lecturer and speaker on a variety of business management and HR-related topics for both state and national organizations including Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA), American Payroll Association (APA), Next Concept HR Association (NCHRA), Paylocity annual Elevate Conference, and HR Star Conference to name a few. She has been invited to review, develop, and deliver certificate programs for SHRM, and has developed and delivered curriculum for businesses throughout the U.S.                                                                   

Lauraine received a bachelor’s degree from Wellesley College and conducted graduate level studies in linguistics at the Sorbonne in Paris.

Dr. Rich Huebner is currently Director of Data Architecture & Data Science at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, where he leads data analytics and data science projects. He also regularly blogs and writes articles and white papers about data science and data-related topics. He is also a published author of 15 refereed articles in the areas of data mining, data science, and data architecture. He has 20 years of experience working on database and data projects in different industries including healthcare, manufacturing, and education. He is also an adjunct professor for New England College of Business, where he teaches HR Metrics & Analytics, Strategic Information Technology & Business Analytics, Operations Management, and Statistics. He also has developed and taught numerous courses on database systems, data mining, and analytics.

Martin Lee is the Human Resources Manager (Singapore & The Philippines) at Baker Hughes, a GE Company, a global industry leader in the delivery of oilfield products and solutions.

Martin has over 14 years of experience delivering Human Resources solutions in Singapore as well as the Asia Pacific Region. His experience includes talent management, talent acquisition, employee development, and industrial relations.

Martin earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from Lancaster University (UK). He holds graduate diplomas in Human Resources Management as well as Career Coaching. Martin is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.

Mr. Henri Tan is an experienced HR Consultant and training facilitator. He has 18 years of experience in HR primarily from the infrastructure/engineering industries.

Besides sharing his HR expertise through the delivery of HR workshops, Henri Tan provides HR solutions to Singapore’s SMEs (Small-and-Medium Enterprises) with projects ranging from employment compliance, recruitment and selection, performance management, employee engagement and leadership development.

Henri Tan holds a Master of Arts from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), a post Graduate Diploma in Human Capital Management from Singapore Human Resource Institute (SHRI) and a Bachelor of Social Sciences from National University of Singapore (NUS). 

In his global labor and employment practice, Mike assists clients with policy drafting, internal investigations, compliance advice, restructuring, management training, representation before administrative agencies, and, when necessary, litigation. For the past year, Mike has been imbedded with the legal department of a large international company providing global L&E support and leading internal investigations. He also spent six years in executive roles as Senior L&E Counsel and Director for a large public company. In those roles, he oversaw litigation, selected and managed outside counsel, and oversaw part of the company’s compliance function. Additionally, Mike conducted internal investigations and audit responses, trained management, managed a team of HR professionals, served as lead negotiator in collective bargaining, led the diversity and inclusion program, and represented the company before federal administrative agencies including the NLRB, EEOC, DOL, OFCCP, OSHA, and NRC.

Dr. Autumn Krauss is a Principal Scientist in SAP SuccessFactors’ Human Capital Management Research Team. In her role, she provides scientific support to SAP’s Well-being at Work Initiative focused on operationalizing a culture of well-being and purpose in organizations to enrich the employee experience and drive peak performance.

Previously, Autumn was the Chief Scientist at a global management consulting firm focused on well-being culture transformations. Her research programs have been funded by the SHRM Foundation, the CDC, and NIOSH, and she serves on the External Advisory Committee for the Total Worker Health Center of Excellence at the University of Colorado.

Joni N. Dolce, MS, CRC is an assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Counseling Professions at Rutgers University. Joni has several years of experience working in supported employment services for individuals with mental health conditions. She has authored and co-authored numerous articles and workbooks on employment. Joni was a co-principal investigator on a study exploring Human Resource professionals’ views on hiring individuals with mental health conditions and is currently the principal investigator of a study looking at hiring managers’ perspectives on job candidates with mental health conditions. She speaks and provides workshops and trainings nationally on a variety of employment related topics.

Ken Carrig retired from Corporate Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for SunTrust Banks, Inc. in February, 2017 and is President of KJC Advisory Services, a firm providing advice on issues related to strategy execution, acquisition integration, and executive succession planning.  In his CHRO role, he oversaw human resources strategy, talent management, merger integration, compensation, benefits, staffing, human resources systems/payroll, compliance, SunTrust University, and leadership development.  Ken helped lead a significant transformation of the company and helped create a powerful purpose that engaged the entire teammate population.  SunTrust market cap grew from $14BN to $25BN during this 6 year term, and efficiency ratio improved by over $1 billion from 72 percent to less than 62 percent.

Prior to joining SunTrust in June 2011, Mr. Carrig was Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer with Sysco Corporation for 10 years overseeing Strategy, Operations, Merger & Acquisitions (35 acquisitions completed), Communications, Legal, and HR.  He also led Human Resources for Comcast, Continental Airlines’ turnaround and PepsiCo during his 30-year human resources career.

Mr. Carrig earned his undergraduate degree in Labor Economics from Cornell University, and participated in executive development programs at Columbia University and Yale University.  He was a member of the advisory board of the Cornell Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies, a National Academy of Human Resources Fellow (2004), and was named the Academy of Management Distinguished Human Resources Executive (2010).  He was also a member of the advisory board of PearlHPS, a predictive execution analytics software company.  He also co-chaired the Board of Operation HOPE and served on the Board for Atlanta Botanical Garden.

Mr. Carrig co-authored the book, “Building Profit Through Building People” in 2006, the proceeds of which benefit Share Our Strength, an organization dedicated to fighting childhood hunger.  In addition, Mr. Carrig has led Business Strategy and Leadership Development Programs at Darden, Cornell, Emory, and USC.

Tim Sackett, SCP, is the CEO of HRUTech.com, a leading technical recruiting firm. Tim has over 20 years of combined executive HR and talent acquisition experience working for Fortune 500 companies. Becki L. Young is a seasoned business immigration attorney with 20 years of experience in the field.
