Sally Hogshead
Connect Online with this Speaker

Sally Hogshead is the creator of The Fascination Advantage™: the world’s first personality test that measures what makes someone most engaging to others. Unlike Myers-Briggs, Kolbe, DiSC or StrengthsFinder, this Assessment is not about how you see the world— but how the world sees you.

Sally measured 200,000+ people to identify a scientific approach to personal branding. Her research shows how the brain is hardwired to focus on 7 specific types of messages. Her findings also reveal surprising trends about why certain people and companies succeed in a world with a 9-second attention span.

When you fascinate employees and customers, you immediately engage their interest. They’re more likely to remember you, trust you, respect you, follow you and buy from you. But if you fail to fascinate, they’ll move on to the next option.

Sally’s internationally acclaimed book, FASCINATE: Your 7 Triggers to Persuasion and Captivation, has been translated into 14 languages, with praise from thought leaders such as Seth Godin and Tom Peters.

In her new, game-changing book, HOW THE WORLD SEES YOU (HarperCollins, June 2014), Sally helps you understand what makes you most fascinating—how your personality is uniquely suited to influence opinions, and how to harness your distinct competitive advantages.

Sally frequently appears in national media, including NBC’s Today Show and the New York Times. The press has described her as “an icon” who has “changed the face of North American advertising.” Reality TV show Making It Big dedicated an episode to Sally’s creativity.
