Dr. Nate Regier is a Missionary kid, therapist, researcher, consultant, facilitator, trainer — Dr. Regier brings it all together to connect with clients on a profound level. He earned his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Kansas, and is also a Master Certifying Trainer for the Process Communication Model (PCM®), certified in clinical, educational, spiritual, and corporate applications; and co-developer of the NEOS Efficacy Outcomes System. Dr. Regier has presented nationally and internationally, and published on a variety of topics, including social-emotional intelligence, workplace wellness, leadership, mind-body-spirit integration, and communication.

Stephen A. Lowisz is an Author, Educator, International Speaker, and President and Chief Executive Officer of Qualigence, Inc., a recruitment research and professional search firm he founded in 1999 that has grown to become the largest recruitment research firm in the United States. Rowena Crosbie is President of Tero International. Since 1993, Tero has earned a distinguished reputation as a premier research and corporate training organization with thousands of graduates from more than 40 countries. Crosbie has authored several articles, many published in International Journals and Magazines and she is currently collaborating on a book titled Powering Down to Power Up, which addresses the unique risks of misalignment in business communication in a high tech, interconnected world. She was honored as the Woman of Influence Business Owner of the Year by the Des Moines Business Record in 2009 and was named Executive of the Year by Executive Women International, Iowa Chapter, in 2004.

Dr. Meadows joined Walsh College in 2001, teaching online and on-ground management and MBA courses. In addition, Dr. Meadows is a keynote speaker, training and development consultant, and motivational speaker for corpo­rate and community groups and professional associations. In 2006, Dr. Meadows published “Take the Lull by the Horns: Closing the Leadership Gap”. He is also the author of numerous articles on leadership, management, diversity, career paths and projections and education. Meadows' has over 30 years of teaching, working, and consulting, in the field of leadership and management. Dr. Meadows has worked within the consulting and corporate environments at A.T. Kearney, the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, General Motors, and Con-Way Transportation Services. His academic background includes chair of the management department at Davenport University in Dearborn; Assistant Professor of Management at Western Michigan University, and an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at Lansing Community College.

Robert C. Todd is a long-time lean operations practitioner and six sigma black belt. He’s started up a billion-dollar semiconductor fab, improved factory performance so it just hums along, integrated operations after mergers and acquisitions and outsourced production overseas laying off hundreds of employees and closing plants.

In 2000, Todd started the Maverick Institute to pioneer the application of lean production principles to training and development. Throughout his career, Todd’s seen that effective knowledge transfer and sharing of expertise are critical elements to success. Today, the blistering pace of change, the globalization of business and the explosion of learning technologies requires organizations adopt a new learning framework.

David Lusk joined the SHRM Government Affairs Team as the Senior Associate for Member Advocacy in 2010.  Lusk oversees SHRM’s traditional member advocacy efforts.   He is also responsible for the development of the Advocacy Team, a SHRM initiative that will elevate the visibility of the HR profession by establishing a strong member presence in each of the 435 congressional districts.

With over 15 years of policy experience, Lusk most recently specialized in grassroots and grasstops internet engagement with Capitol Advantage -- now a part of the CQ-Roll Call Group. He also focused on health policy as a staff member for the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Energy and Commerce and in the state affairs department of the Health Insurance Association of America. He is based in Alexandria, Va.
