Tatiana Hernandez

Tatiana Hernandez is currently a Human Resources Representative at ACCO Engineered Systems, a Mechanical Contractor based in Southern California. In her role, she provides HR support for the corporate office and satellite offices throughout Southern California as well as offices in Nevada. Her duties include talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, employee benefits, leaves of absences, and special projects. In addition to her HR role, she currently serves on two workplace committees; the ESOP Communications Committee and the United Way Committee.

Max Rickard

Max Rickard has worked in the HR field in various capacities.  Currently, Max is employed as an Associate Human Resources Business Partner at the Walt Disney Company.  In his role he supports the corporate segment of the enterprise in all things HR: talent strategy, performance management, organizational development, etc.  He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mount Saint Mary’s College, in Newburgh, NY and a Master’s in Business Administration from the State University of New York at New Paltz.

Stevie Sprague, PHR

Stevie Sprague received her BS in Business Administration from Buffalo State University and MBA from Bellevue University.  She completed her PHR certification in November 2015 and is currently the Senior Specialist in University Recruitment at Union Pacific Railroad.   
 
 In her role, Sprague has responsibility for program management of Union Pacific’s University Recruiting Program, which includes recruiting managers and interns from various campuses across the United States.

She also frequently lectures on corporate immigration and, as a thought leader in the industry, she has written numerous articles on business immigration law matters.  Cynthia is also the Managing Partner in charge of the firm’s I-9 Service Center, which offers state of the art electronic I-9 tools and advisory services for proper I-9 and E-Verify completion. She is experienced in government investigations, audits and establishing compliance programs for companies.  Cynthia serves as a member of Fragomen's Executive Committee. Cynthia joined Fragomen over 30 years ago, after beginning her career at the U.S. Department of Justice as an INS trial attorney.

Patricia Spetz is our Manager of Enterprise Relations at SHRM, serving as the account manager for our enterprise clients.  Previously she worked with our immigration affiliate CFGI overseeing their membership acquisition and retention efforts.  She came to us from the Girl Scout Council of the Nation’s Capital (GSCNC) where she served as their Area Membership Manager in charge of managing a team of 9 staff who oversaw a membership of 17,000 girls and adult volunteers. Patricia has a master’s in International Development and Social Change from Clark University in Worcester, MA; A BA in Government with a Minor in Economics from the same University.  She began her career as a Project Manager for Catholic Relief Service in the Dominican Republic overseeing economic strengthening and child-maternal health projects. Patricia was born in Lima, Peru, and has lived in the Unites States for over 25 years with her husband and three children.

Daniel is a Partner in firm’s Washington, DC office. His experience includes counseling corporate clients on business immigration and compliance and enforcement matters. Prior to entering private practice, Daniel held a number of senior positions within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). From May 2005 to August 2006, he served as Counselor to the Assistant Secretary and then Director of the Office of Policy and Planning at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Daniel also served as the first director of ICE’s Secure Border Initiative Program Management Office, and was the Co-chair of the Federal Enforcement and Corporate Compliance team. Daniel began his career as a trial attorney with the INS in New York City, and also held several positions in the INS General Counsel’s Office.

Alan Mulally served as president and chief executive officer of The Ford Motor Company and as a member of Ford's board of directors from September 2006-June 2014.
 
Mulally was named to Google's board of directors in July 2014. In May 2015, Mulally signed on as a director at Carbon3D, Inc., a 3D printing company that recently introduced an innovative approach to polymer-resin-based 3D printing.
 
Mulally led Ford's transformation into one of the world's leading automobile companies and the #1 automobile brand in the United States. He guided Ford in working together on a compelling vision, comprehensive strategy and implementation of the One Ford plan to deliver profitable growth for all of the company's stakeholders.
 
Prior to joining Ford, Mulally served as executive vice president of The Boeing Company, president and CEO of Boeing Commercial Airplanes and president of Boeing Information, Space, and Defense Systems.
 
Throughout his career, Mulally has been recognized for his contributions, industry leadership, and service, including being named #3 on FORTUNE's "World's Greatest Leaders", one of the 30 "World's Best CEO's" by Barrons' magazine, one of "The World's Most Influential People" by TIME magazine and "Chief Executive of the Year" by Chief Executive magazine. He was also honored with the American Society for Quality's medal for excellence in executive leadership, the “Automotive Executive of the Year”, and the “Thomas Edison Achievement Award”.
 
Mulally serves on the President Obama's United States Export Council. He served as co-chairman of the Washington Competitiveness Council, and has served on the advisory boards of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, the University of Washington, the University of Kansas, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the United States Air Force Scientific Advisory Board.
