Abby provides general administrative oversight of the Leadership Center and plays a key role in the ongoing strategic and operational advancement of MIT Sloan’s leadership development initiatives. Abby provides a school-wide vantage point of the existing and emerging leadership development activities relevant to the MIT Sloan’s mission and ensures the identification and use of best practices and consistency across degree programs.

Prior to joining MIT’s Leadership Center, Abby worked at Brown University, New York University, and Boston College, where she built significant experience in international education, curriculum development, program design and delivery, coaching, student development and advising.  

Abby obtained an MBA from Boston College, an MA in Higher Education Administration from New York University, and a BA from Brandeis University.
