Ms. Walters has more than 30 years’ combined experience in management, HR administration, employment law practice, and teaching.

She has presented at conferences across the country, been engaged as an expert witness, and testified before U.S. Congressional and state legislative committees on employment issues.

Her book, “From Hello to Goodbye: Proactive Tips for Maintaining Positive Employee Relations” is in its 2nd edition and was one of the SHRMStore’s “Great 8” best-sellers for eight consecutive years.

Brad is the Founder and CEO of JB Training Solutions. An accomplished public speaker and executive coach, Brad has been featured on CNN, CNBC, and Dr. Phil, and has been quoted in: The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Fortune, and USA Today. Brad is also the author of three business books including the critically acclaimed Manager 3.0: A Millennial’s Guide to Rewriting the Rules of Management, which you can read in Mandarin (assuming you can read Mandarin).

Prior to creating JB, Brad spent 15 years at advertising agency Leo Burnett in Chicago. Today, Brad presents for major organizations including Eli Lilly, Securitas, Top Tier Capital Partners, and Saint Laurent. When he’s not enjoying a robust buffet, you can find Brad playing racquetball or drafting the perfect fantasy football roster. Brad is left-handed.

Jen Shirkani is the CEO of Penumbra Group and has spent over 20-years as a learning and development specialist, trainer and speaker. Her topics are presented from a leadership perspective filled with practical strategies and immediately useable tips. She lives in New England where she oversees a national talent management firm. She has been a past speaker at national SHRM conferences and at SHRM affiliates in Colorado, Washington, Arizona, Texas, Florida, Maine, and the North East. Jen holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership and focuses on leadership development, communication skills and on making common sense more common.

Chrystal Ensey, Senior Organizational Development Advisor for the Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas). Chrystal joined SoCalGas to provide internal consulting support in the areas of leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, and change management across the utility. Aligned with company efforts to focus on employee engagement, Chrystal provides oversight, support and promotes the organization’s flexible work program, SmartWork. Prior to joining SoCalGas, Chrystal worked as an internal consultant with San Diego Gas and Electric (SDG&E) and the City of San Diego, Public Utilities Department. 

Chrystal holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Communication from San Diego State University.  Chrystal is a member of the American Psychological Association, Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and Organizational Development Network. Chrystal is also a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
