Clinton Wingrove is Executive Vice President and Principal Consultant at Pilat HR Solutions. An extensive writer and speaker on contemporary Human Capital Management, Clinton has spent more than 35 years in the field of performance management and development. With his early careers in clerical work design & measurement, and computer systems design, followed by line management and, later, training and development, and then consulting, Clinton was recently described following a keynote presentation as a "Futurist, Pragmatist and Passionator."
Clinton believes passionately in designing and implementing processes and tools that are future-focused ("Waiting to discover what others have already done is a recipe for stagnation and decline"). He also believes in the behavior engineering power of integrated processes and technology ("Anyone in the Apple-era who believes that you can’t change behavior with technology probably also believes that the world is flat").
Lastly, he believes that those organizations that will ultimately succeed will (a) realize the power of the connective (those transitory connections, across space and time, between people who may never know each other or even connect again), (b) the importance of respect in the workplace, and (c) the power of passion; ensuring that employees truly believe in and enjoy what they do.
