Tracy Kim holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and a master's in applied industrial and organizational psychology from George Mason University. Prior to joining SHRM, she conducted applied human factors research on improving workflow, efficiency, safety, and technology within the healthcare space and collaborated with senior leaders to identify gaps and develop innovative solutions. Since joining SHRM’s human resources department as Employee Experience Lead, Tracy has continued to follow her interests in driving innovative solutions with a focus on optimizing employee engagement and performance processes.

Andy Loignon has over a decade of experience working as an organizational scientist identifying data-driven solutions that help organizations address some of their most pressing challenges. In his current role as a Research Scientist at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), Andy’s research focuses on work groups and teams and emerging leaders. Prior to joining CCL, Andy was a member of the faculty at Louisiana State University.
