Darcey Groden is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) and a member of Fisher Phillips’ Data Security and Workplace Privacy Group and Consumer Privacy Team. Darcey’s privacy practice includes partnering with clients to help them meet their compliance obligations with state consumer privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). Darcey advises clients on compliance with national and other state data protection laws, including drafting privacy policies and data protection and sharing agreements. She regularly presents and publishes articles relating to data privacy matters.

Anthony an attorney that helps employers with legal issues affecting the workplace, including matters concerning the rapidly evolving subject of employee privacy. In particular, he assists employers with compliance with a variety of privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act. When providing guidance to clients related to legal issues concerning electronic employment data, Anthony draws on his prior professional experience as a software engineer. Anthony is a member of Fisher Phillips’ Privacy and Cyber Practice Group. He also frequently presents and authors articles on topics related to employment and privacy laws.

Mike Bollinger is an accomplished executive with 20 years of industry experience. In his current role as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives with Cornerstone, he is responsible for internal research as well as strategy development around outcome-based goals. Mike helped found and currently manages the Cornerstone People Research Lab (CPRL), whose mission is to generate data-driven discoveries about the world of work today and identify emerging trends which will give rise to new work models. Mike also collaborates with Cornerstone clients in an executive capacity as a leader, influencer, and change agent who applies expertise to complex businesses.

Esther Jackson is based in Michigan as CEO of Lynnjac Consulting along with being a national speaker, instructor in higher education and author. Her speaking presentations include topics such as DEI, emotional intelligence, HR, leadership, and project management. One additional topic that is near and dear to her is adaptability which is also the subject of her first book published by ATD--Adaptability in Talent Development. She holds an AQ Foundations Certification for adaptability along with a Certified Diversity Executive credential near completion.
