Joanna Colosimo, M.A., is the Vice President of Workforce Equity and Compliance Strategy at DCI Consulting Group, where she leads a division that consults on OFCCP compliance, pay equity, audit strategies, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. She also assists clients with defining their diversity, compliance, and pay equity programs. Joanna presents at conferences on pay equity, diversity, and OFCCP topics and writes for multiple publications. Joanna earned a M.A. degree in I/O Psychology from Radford University and a Bachelor of Business Administration and Psychology from Roanoke College. She holds a SHRM-SCP certification and serves on the Board of WMILG.

Cara Chennault-Reid is Koch Industries’ corporate human resource director, based at the global headquarters in Wichita, Kansas. In her role, Cara leads the human resource capability with over 700 HR professionals supporting 125,000 employees worldwide. She helps advance business vision and strategies through talent management while accelerating the application of Koch’s framework, Principle Based ManagementTM.

Cara and her team focus on helping employees who are contribution motivated achieve their full potential.

In 2006, Cara began her career at INVISTA, a Koch company, leading several global human resource and talent acquisition teams. In 2017, she became the chief operating officer at Koch Global Services, driving a vision for the delivery of shared services within the human resources, facilities, and real estate services.

Prior to joining Koch, Cara spent 12 years with a global consumer products company in various human resource and operations leadership roles.
Cara holds a Bachelor of Science in communications and organizational psychology from the University of Tennessee. She and her husband John live in Wichita, KS and have two daughters.

Valerie Capers Workman is Handshake's Chief Legal Officer. Prior to Handshake, Valerie served as VP of People at Tesla where she became known as the company's "Top Diversity Advocate" while growing the company from 40K+ to 100K+ employees in two years. She has over 20 years of legal, compliance and HR experience helping global brands scale with excellence. As a C-Level business executive and recognized hyper-scale expert, Valerie has guided iconic consumer brand growth and new market entry, sustainably and in compliance for Tesla, FOCUS Brands, Realogy and Wyndham Hotels and Resorts.

Renee leads Business, Technical and University Recruiting at Duolingo. Prior to Duolingo, Renee has built, led and scaled early talent teams at various organizations including UberATG, Arconic and rue21.
 

Cat Ward works at the intersection of sectors to design and enable a better future of work. At Jobs for the Future, where she is vice president and head of our Employer Mobilization Practice, she focuses on unlocking the potential of business as a strategic force for good. She founded and leads the organization’s strategy to mobilize private sector leaders to adopt mindsets, policies, and practices that drive inclusive career mobility. It’s through this work, as well as her earlier roles at the Taproot Foundation and the City of New York, that Cat honed expertise as a forward-thinking leader in inclusive business leadership, strategic talent management, and social impact strategies.

Cat is a frequent speaker and presenter on national platforms on the issues of inclusive career mobility, the future of work and workplaces, leadership, and cross-sector collaboration. She holds a BA from Kenyon College and an MPA from New York University.

Jason Gibson is an academically trained futurist with over five-years of foresight experience within the federal government space.  He has designed academic futures research projects for non-profit and government clients and is currently developing foresight projects within the federal human resource management community.  Jason has a passion for building foresight capabilities within organizations and is currently working to expand framework foresight skills within the federal government space based on the Association of Professional Futurists Foresight Competency Model.  He is a member of the Association of Professional Futurists, the Army Strategists Association, and the Society for Human Resource Management.

Eric Popiel is a 1998 graduate of the United States Coast Guard Academy. Prior to being hired by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, he flew Coast Guard missions and instructed pilots in both the HU-25 Falcon Jet and the HC-144 Ocean Sentry. Following his aviation tours, he was assigned to the Emerging Policy Staff under the Deputy Commandant for Operations at Coast Guard Headquarters in Washington, D.C. where he managed the Evergreen Program, the Coast Guard's Strategic Foresight Initiative. In this capacity, he utilized various foresight techniques and methods to help the Coast Guard leverage future opportunities, identify emerging threats, and recognize potential blind spots across all 11 statutory missions.

He currently works at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management as a Strategic Foresight Analyst and manager of OPM’s Strategic Workforce Foresight Team (SWFT). He is responsible for the long-term futures program that informs federal workforce policy for OPM and assists 24 CFO Act agencies in Strategic Human Capital Management. In addition, he serves as a co-chair of the Federal Foresight Community of Interest (FFCOI). He holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, Joint Professional Military Education Level 1 certification, and a Masters Degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College. He has attended the University of Houston Foresight Certification Program, and facilitated multiple workshops for Senior Coast Guard leaders, Senior Federal Executives, and foreign countries. He currently provides foresight guidance to multiple federal agencies.

As the VP of Performance Acceleration at The Marcus Buckingham Company, an ADP Company, Amy Leschke-Kahle leads the applied research and professional services teams, uncovering what actually moves the needle on engagement and performance and designs approaches that bring those findings the real world of work. Amy is a frequent contributor to business media such as Fast Company, Forbes.com, MIT Sloan Management Review, Chief Executive Magazine, Human Resource Executive, TLNT and many others. Amy holds a chemical engineering degree from Miami University (Ohio) and an MBA from The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
