Natalie Massey is Operations Coordinator to APL’s Space Exploration Sector (SES). She leads the team that runs the SES office and supports the Sector Head and members of the Executive
Leadership Team. She provides oversight and analysis of operations and prioritizes day-to-day operations. Prior to this role, Massey worked at NASA for 25 years, most recently as Executive
Assistant to NASA’s Deputy Administrator, where she directly contributed to the overall Agency vision and independently performed administrative management functions that serviced
organizational requirements. She has supported many of the agency’s significant milestones, including serving as organizational liaison for three Presidential transitions. Massey received her
Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies – Technical Writing and a certification in Desktop Publishing from the University of Maryland University College. She is a native of
Washington, DC and resides in Hyattsville, MD.

Clayton Lord (Clay, he/him) oversees strategy, planning, program delivery, and program evaluation for the SHRM Foundation, the 501(c)3 nonprofit arm of SHRM, which focuses on widening pathways to work and helping every worker and workplace thrive by empowering HR leaders to be forces for social good. He is a social impact executive who has spent his career driving systemic change in the world of work. During her time there, she led multiple teams across the Talent Solutions business, focusing on conceptualizing, building, selling and delivering talent solutions based on CEB data. She also ran CEB’s Leadership Academies business, which developed more than 30,000 professionals at 2,100 companies throughout 50 countries; Kristen was consistently recognized as one of the top managers and coaches across the entire firm.

Kristen previously served in a variety of roles including global facilitator, consultant and engineer. She has a Master of Business Administration from the Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX, and an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from North Carolina State University.

Victoria Neal, SHRM-SCP, is an HR Knowledge Advisor who works with human resource professionals to provide research as well as provide professional knowledge and experience covering all human resource disciplines. Victoria enjoys researching and strategy and working with human resource professionals to resolve problems and find leading-edge practices in applying HR to business. Victoria joined SHRM in 1996, securing several management positions including regional manager, Southeast, and manager of Professional Emphasis Groups Relations. She has spent the past 14 years as an HR Knowledge Advisor. During her years at SHRM, she developed extensive human resource knowledge, management skills, professional speaking and presentation skills, and leadership development and team building experience. Victoria began her career in human resources at Sterling, Inc., in Akron, Ohio, and garnered association management experience with the American Industrial Hygiene Association, moving with the organization from Ohio to Virginia. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science in industrial relations management, with a concentration in human resource management from The University of Akron.
