Jeanine is a highly experienced HR practitioner, with 28 years of experience in HR across industry sectors including Aerospace, Automotive, Energy, Government, Pharmaceuticals, Telecommunications, Learning, and Business Consultancy.

Her current project is Global Employer of Record Services.

Jeanine possesses significant experience in leading and managing business transformation/integration, competitive and industry benchmarking, HR and learning technology, strategic change leadership, managed service provider engagements, organizational and process redesign, and M&A initiatives, including international due diligence, rebranding, and cultural realignment. She is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Prior to joining NelsonHall, Jeanine spent 26 years with Raytheon Professional Services where, over the span of her tenure, she was responsible for global workforce integration and collaboration in support of strategic business development and HR performance consulting programs.

Jeanine holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from Central Michigan University and a Master of Science degree from Walsh College. In her spare time, Jeanine’s many interests include gardening, camping, hiking, biking, and travel.

Previously Adam co-founded and sold two tech companies, Emplify (acquired in 2021) and Bluebridge (acquired in 2016).

He holds a master’s degree in organizational communication from Ball State University and lives in Zionsville, IN with his wife, two sons, and dog Poppy.

Eric’s 20 years of technology experience as a Developer, Database Administrator, IT Administrator, and Technology Leader gives him a unique perspective to understand which technology innovations will outlive trends and sustain rapid adoption as a mainstream part of a business operation. This experience was instrumental in designing, configuring, and launching GHRR’s Clairiti employment screening platform.

Dr. Benjamin Granger is Chief Workplace Psychologist and Head of EX Advisory Services at Qualtrics. He has over a decade of experience building Experience Management (XM) programs across the globe and leads EX thought leadership and research initiatives across Qualtrics and the XM Institute. His research has been featured in academic and practitioner forums, including Forbes, the Journal of Business and Psychology, the International Journal of Training & Development, the Academy of Management, and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Ben is a certified XM Professional and earned his Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida.
