He advocates for positive change through design, focusing on reshaping the human experience. Chris frequently speaks at national events, leading workshops on design, human connection, and workplace culture. An award-winning interior designer and artist, he has collaborated with IDEO, Michelle Obama’s Better Make Room Campaign, and the Unreasonable Group’s Project Literacy Lab. Recently, he spoke at TEDx on "The Power of Propinquity: Fostering Connection and Belonging at Work.” 

Nikki Pounds is an accomplished business executive with Human Resources expertise. She is a speaker, award winning author of, The Leader Who CARES: Guiding Human Resources Practitioners to Navigate Workplace Environments, and CEO of HR Unequivocally®.  

Nikki earned a Master of Human Resource Development from Clemson University and holds certifications in Emotional Intelligence, Everything DiSC®, Crucial Conversations, Gallup StrengthsFinder, and Civil Treatment – Diversity and Inclusion for Managers and Employees. She is also a proud John Maxwell Team coach and speaker.

Dr. Miller Bargeron is a Mindset Integration Specialist and Human Behaviorist specializing in leadership development and organizational culture development. In December 2021, he retired from the United States Federal Government after a 30-year career. Over the past 25 years, Dr. Bargeron has also served as an independent corporate trainer, mindset coach, and keynote speaker. In addition, he is an award-winning filmmaker and author. In 2022, Dr. Bargeron co-founded MI Global, a consulting, training, and coaching company. MI Global helps individuals and organizations achieve greater levels of efficiency, productivity, and profitability through human behavior based training.

Karen Schiff, founder of Well Said Coaching, has helped hundreds of professionals speak with greater clarity, confidence, and impact. She specializes in coaching non-native English speakers—from emerging professionals to C-level executives. Her clients have worked at companies such as Google, Apple, Deloitte, UCSF Health, and many more.  

Throughout her career, Karen has worked in communications in myriad ways: as a trainer, teacher, and writer in both the private and public sectors. She earned her M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, B.S. in Speech from Northwestern University, and certification in Teaching English as a Second Language from UC Berkeley.
