Hunter Lott is an HR problem solver. He has delivered over 4000 “on stage” events, over 17,000 presentation hours and reviewed over 1200 employee handbooks. Hunter won accolades as a senior course leader for the American Management Association. Hunter is an award winning speaker with Vistage and has earned Speaker of the Year, Impact Speaker of the Year and Top Performer Vistage honors.

Hunter attended Tulane University in New Orleans, graduated from Iowa State and has a Master’s Degree in Employment Law from NSU Shepard Broad College of Law.

Andrea Herron is a seasoned HR Executive, author of "There's an Elephant in Your Office," and host of the HR Scoop podcast. She is a passionate advocate for addressing mental health in the workplace, bolstering diversity, inclusion, and belonging, and tenaciously strives to implement values driven leadership and a healthy sense of humor in every workplace.  

Andrea earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Western Kentucky University. She also holds multiple certifications in Human Resources Management and is an accredited Fierce Conversation and Personalysis Facilitator, and a Social + Emotional Intelligence Certified Coach. She lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband, two kids, and French Bulldog Norman.

Barbara Henry, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Fontbonne University and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University.  Barbi has spent the last 25 years working in manufacturing and state/county government human resources leadership. In these environments she has used her auditing skills to assess Human Resources preparedness and objectives for organizational strategic initiatives.  Based on those results, she has written policy, designed training programs, provided extensive employment law and labor relations support to achieve objectives using measurable metrics. This is Barbi’s sixth presentation at the SHRM National Convention as a practicing HR professional.

Robin Rosenberg, Ph.D., is CEO and Founder of Live in Their World, a company that, in part, uses virtual reality to address issues of bias and incivility in the workplace and upskill employees for respectful engagement. She is a clinical psychologist, executive coach, writes college textbooks, and has taught psychology classes at Harvard and Lesley Universities. She's combined her interest in immersive technologies with her coaching and clinical experiences to foster in employees a deeper understanding of how and why other people may feel slighted or marginalized, and how to approach such interactions differently. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Clinical Psychology.

Jonathan A. Siegel is a principal in the Orange County, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He has spent more than 27 years at Jackson Lewis representing employers in workplace law matters.  In 2009, Jonathan was recognized as one of the Top 100 Labor Attorneys in America. In 2020 and 2021, Jonathan was recognized in Best Lawyers in America.

Jonathan provides advice and counsel to employers regarding various issues including wage and hour, reduction in force, discipline, leave management, labor, harassment and discrimination issues. 

Jonathan has represented management in NLRB elections, unfair labor practice proceedings, collective bargaining and arbitrations.
